on 12/4/2023 I placed an order for three items 2 cancles at 2.90 each and a three package item at 5.08 and shipping charge of 6.99 totaling $16.87 taken out from my checking account under the hame of DiemRough LLC never received the order #2023120419036307 I would either like my order or reimbursement pf my $16.87. Please advise I always liked Bath & Body Works but very disappointed in this service I have received regarding my order Elaine Muro

A one star is generous. Their website simply sucks. This is why they are losing money. It's impossible to place an order unless you have a hour or more to waste. It's so slow. I got mad and quit. I will spend my money some where else!

i have used winter candy apple for so long. come this time of year i start to run out so, naturally, i go to buy a new bottle. at the store, it smelled the same. but when i compared it to the one from last year, it was COMPLETELY different. i do not know what they did, but they need to take it back to the original scent.

Worst customer service ever! I was trying to solve an issue with a discount and every customer service agent was worse, they're rude, incompetent and careless, I can't believe it! Such a good company, so bad customer service.

I am livid with Bath & Body works and will NEVER, EVER AGAIN - order from their website! Every shipment takes too long and arrives damaged! Broken wall flowers, tags off which means you don’t know what the scent is!🤬 Broken candles, the packaging is pathetic! I ordered 24 candles on December 1st and it is December 22 and I still don’t have them - tracking shows the label was made and the carrier-FedEx has still not picked up the package where the F is it? Customer service doesn’t know and can’t seem to over any assistance in locating it or telling me what to expect. I asked if I could pickup in store - NO!!! They can give me a refund, which I have to wait 3-4 business days or longer and then I would have to go to the store and pay again, WTH! They couldn’t just allow me to go to the store and get my order. I will never buy from them again! Yankee Candle just gained a new, faithful and loyal customer! No thanks to pathetic service from BBW! I’m so mad!😡 these were Xmas gifts that I don’t have to give. They should give me my candles and a refund!

Placed an order on Nov 30th. The order shipped but is just going back and forth to different post offices in Ohio but I live in Tennessee. They said they would send the products again with no charge but then they canceled my order and said products were out of stock. I checked online and they are not out of stock. Now I won’t get my products and I’m not sure if I will get my money back because the customer service agents keep ending the chats without giving me an answer

Placed my order at the buy 3 get 3. When ordering when I place 3 the free cart placed 1. I called customer service & could not get them to understand & fix the order form for the free items. When I received the order I had 3 I had bought & 1 free. Called customer service again & they kept telling me I had bought 4. Gave up & went to the Madisonville, Ky store. Cierra Turner waited on me & corrected the problem in minutes. Your customer service should be able to talk English & needs to be more in tune & educated on how to handle problems. I give 3 stars because the store did correct the problem. Customer service failed to earn a one star.

Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn’t receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can’t tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you “ship” something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I’m receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!
