I have tried multiple times to place an order and ran into problems because apparently the system can understand why your cell phone number would be in a different province than where you live. When I contacted them they suggested I sign up as a member. The system would not allow me to do that either. Nobody offered to help me submit the order on the phone on their end. I love the products but their customer service needs a lot of work!

I submitted an order online for bath and body works via PayPal pay in 4, but after I clicked the button to approve the order,I received a message from PayPal saying that I had approved a payment to bath and body works in the full amount! I realized that this was a mistake and I quickly tried to cancel the order within a few minutes and it wouldn't let me! I tried to cancel it though the online assistant and it wouldn't work,so I called customer service and they were closed,so I tried back at 6:00 am,and was told by a representative that it was too late to cancel my order even though it was still pending and hadn't been processed? Saying wait until I receive the order 10 days later and then take it to the nearest store which is in another town for a refund! I feel like this is a scam and this will be a big inconvenience for me to have to travel to another town for a refund when I should have been able to get it done online, especially when I tried to cancel my order immediately after I saw the mistake that was made! Then on top of that they're sending some of the stuff to a store in another town for me to go and pick up? Without my consent, that's another reason why I tried to cancel the order! Bath and body works are scammers, giving customers only a few seconds to cancel a order, not a few minutes like most legit online stores,but a mere few seconds! Even when PayPal called them with me on the phone,they still claimed to have no power to stop it! I'm done with them! I'm reporting them to the attorney general office and giving them a bad review on Google and social media!

I shopped at Bath & Body today at Monroeville Mall and was helped by Carol. She took the time to explain my birthday reward and another item I was able to get there. Carol is an excellent employee who cares about her customers, and I certainly will be going back to this location!

The Apparent Sale has many catches. 1) I use the Bath and Body outlet in Avenue Mall in Muscat. In Oct/Nov 23 sale, they had something like take 7 and pay for 3. First, they told that all items are on that offer. So, after calculating carefully to make the best use of the offer and went to the counter, they are saying this is not in sale and that is not in sale. Secondly, after changing those items and going back to the counter, they are putting one item in the computer and saying a different price than what shows on the item.............Ultimately, felt cheated. 2. In the same outlet, during the sale in Dec/Jan 24, in some baskets saying a particular rate, many other items of various prices were there. People could easily look at the Price 1.5 OMR and take an item and pay 5 OMR if not careful. Again, it was very frustrating to know which costs how much. I think they have to be more organised and need more staff to manage sales crowd. If not, it looks like they are taking advantage of the crowd that goes during the Sale.

DON’T EVER ORDER ONLINE!! It’s been over 15 days and haven’t received my orders yet. Called them many times, & they kept on saying that is delayed but they still the same reason after a week!! Told me it was expedited but nothing still! Worse customer service, they didn’t know what’s happening w/ orders!! NEVER AGAIN!

The worst delivery service for an international brand. I have ordered online thrice and none of my shipments have reached. The excuse is that their delivery partner is unable to complete the process! Why use them then? This is happened after repeatedly reaching out to customer service. And being assured of delivery.

Wish this could be zero stars. Ordered on Jan 4th. Now it’s Jan 24th. Never shipped order. Several calls to customer service. Was hung up on after 45 plus minutes into each call. Reps out of India are completely useless. Emailed president of the company, Julie Rosen, twice - no response. Will never, ever step foot in another store or purchase a single product. I will warn everyone about this horrible company.

I had ordered a number of products during the semi annual sale which had never gotten delivered to me. I received and email that my account would be refunded. They had originally only refunded me for the product and not the shipping that should have been refunded since the items never even got to me in the first place. I am understanding of mistakes happening and they did resolve that issue which was fine. However, the next issue I was trying to get resolved with Sylvia in their customer service department was how they were going to accommodate shipping a new order to me with the original scents and sales pricing I had gotten when I originally ordered. I was told some of the product was not in stock anymore, which I could have found something else but that didn't count for the sales price I would not be getting. Syliva offered a 20% coupon for my next purchase which I said I can appreciate however if I ordered exactly the same amount of items it would not even come close to what I had spent the first time with the 20% off. She insisted there was nothing else she could do for me. When I asked for this to be escalated to someone who could further assist me her response was simply I could not be helped further and they ended the chat immediately. This is probably the WORST "customer service" I have had to deal with in quite a while. Very disappointed!
