Their rewards program is a joke! Rewards expire in 90 days. When you call customer service to ask where your points went, they tell you there’s nothing they will do and you had 90 days written on your receipt. As it is, the maximum is $16.95 for a” Free” Item. The majority of their items cost greater than $16.95 so it’s a draw to get you into their store. I’m done!

I would always give a 5, but the last 2 soap orders were packed horribly!! They used to care, but now they throw it in a box and tape it up with 1 strip of tape for a heavy box of 14 soaps, that's horrible and no bubble wrap anymore. 4 soaps leaked all over in the last box and one looked used as the seal was broken. I'm really upset how bad customer care has gotten.

Today I had really bad experience in your store at pacific mall, Subhash nagar in Delhi. I went to the store to buy a mist by checking the offer online (which I was getting notified since 2-3 days) but the salesman said there is no such offer, we get the offer according to the website and I was unable to check online because there was no network in that store, so I thought maybe that offer was over and I bought a mist worth 2099 and when I went out of the mall I checked your website again and the offer was still going on. I went back to the store to get it checked first the staff does not let me in the store and was very rude. After checking everything they said that this offer will be valid from tomorrow. This company is fraud they do not stick to there advertisements and promotions

I met a lovely server named Jason while I was shopping at Bath & Body Works at QVB yesterday! He was serving another stomper while I was waiting at the till and still acknowledged me to make sure I was looked after. Another server came to my aid and suggested that I have a look at their promotion. While I perused the store’s promotions, Jason came around to me again to look after me and also walked me out the door once I finished my purchase. What a lovely retail experience! To the manager: you MUST give Jason a raise ;)

I've been buying from B&BW for several years. I've signed up for the rewards program multiple times. It never saves and I keep getting prompts to sign up. There is supposed to be a "My Wallet" section in your account when you are signed in. That has never shown up for me. Since you can't contact anyone by email or phone, I used to the chat. "Harry" informed me that he could see my rewards and gave me the total, but when I told him it wasn't showing up on my end, he said to "download the app and it will show up." Then immediately exited the chat before I could respond or rate the conversation. I decided to try again... "George" did exactly the same thing. Bath and Body Works has officially lost another loyal customer.

Visited Bath and bodywork’s on a trip , store was amazing, great products for great prices, workers where amazing and gave me the best service, helped me pick out a gift. Wonderful experience and fun time.

Have placed MULTIPLE ORDERS and every single time I am missing MULTIPLE products. It's ridiculous that I'm having too call chat and harass them every time I want something too get what I paid for and sometimes they don't ship it! What? Ugh. I will never order from them again. I'll take my thousands a year some where else. Bye rip offs.

Great products - fast delivery and excellent customer service. Recently purchased 3-wick candles..they went on sale the following week. I received a refund for the difference. Much appreciated this. Will definitely continue to be a customer.
