Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

BBW is nothing but expensive, China made synthetic wax and fragrance. Nothing pleasing about the product. This stuff is made for pennies, yet they charge close to Macy’s prices. Buy from Amazon instead of this expensive crap. Candles will stink out the house with tiny burn times and lotions wear off in ten minutes. Smells great, while on display but once you reach home the product is nearly worthless.

The Traditional located in PSL has rude Cashiers/Employees I will never shop with BBW again.

Had to go through too much hassle to delete my account! They make it so difficult. I signed up for the rewards account. I thought it was stupid for them to ask for my phone number, but I put it. Then when I went to check out, it wanted my phone number again. To buy CANDLES?? At that point I thought better of my decision to sign up and wanted to delete my account. I looked around the sight, couldn't find it. Asked the virtual bot. It gave me instructions that still didn't show the option to delete. I tried the customer svc number. It wouldn't let me through until I gave whether I was over 50! When I didn't, it hung up on me! So I went back to the bot, asked for a human. Finally after going back and forth with stalling and roadblocks by this "human", I finally got my account deleted. Make sure you read their legal terms of agreement, which they know most people won't, I didn't first. It has everything under the sun saying you are not able to bring any suits against them. Even Class Action suits. And if you do there are all kinds of stipulations to discourage you. I don't typically sign up for stuff like this because it turns into unsolicited garbage after they sell your info, but I had a laose in better judgement I guess.

I was skeptical to buy from the online store after I saw here the reviews. The offer was too good so I ordered it anyway. Just wanna say that my first experience with them was good. I ordered and paid, products came 1 week later with everything in order. The products smells absolutely amazing, it was a blind buy for me, never tried their product before. I want to get them all now and the quality it s also good. So based on my first experience I really recommend you to buy online.

Joke!! Bath & Body Works are a Joke!! They advertise d3als then you go to your card to pay for them and low and behold they're sold our. Go out of business if you don't have enough stock!!

They have affiliated with the highly unprofessional and worst delivery partner XpressBees which would just make false attempts on paper and never show up to deliver your order. After 2 weeks of continuous follow-ups after the actual delivery date, they finally agreed to refun. Such a degraded experience I had from so called international brand. They could not deliver order and caused me so much headache of following up with them to know the status of my order. I would never buy and recommend anyone buying online from Bath & Body Works.

I placed a large order during the semi-annual sale. I paid $7 shipping. The order was damaged in transit and they never notified me. I checked the website for the status, found out it was damaged. I never received anything; not one candle not one soap. They refused to replace it and then refunded my order but refused to refund the shipping. I had to threaten to sue them. Be advised this is illegal in the US; if you do not ship the products you cannot keep the shipping it is illegal so these people are just bullshyt.

I have been a customer for over 30 years and I am asking please to bring back CHERRY BLOSSOM, The Japanese blossom doesn’t even come close. I have been very lucky to find it elsewhere. I have been patiently waiting but if it doesn’t happen soon I will take all my business elsewhere
