I placed an order on 12/15. The site stated that it would arrive by between 12/19/24 and 12/2424. As of today, 12/19, my order has not even shipped YET. This is 4 business days... I am on hold right now as the customer service rep could only tell me that it "will be awhile until it ships". They could give me no shipping date. So I am waiting on a supervisor as I write this. I have been on hold for 13 mins just for a supervisor. How many guesses that I hang up before anybody helps me? I'm done holding. It has now been almost 18 minutes. Poor Customer Service and the initial customer service rep barely spoke English. This is a $hit Show.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I waited all year for the annual candle day sale. Waited in line 3 times, finally got to order, placed an order for 19 candles. They sent me 5 in one box and an extra EMPTY BOX for free! I can't make this up. I contacted customer service and after being 179th in the que, I was on hold for an additional hour during the chat. Only for them to say they were going to send the other 14 candles and they were going to do me a favor and not charge me shipping...which I had already paid for. The next day I get an email telling me they would be sending me 3 of my candles and a refund. I'm absolutely disgusted with B&BW. I was a regular as I purchased their items for marketing in my career. I will not be returning. I'm truly upset for me to even write a review. This is misleading and shady business practices.

I personally love bath and body works. I love their scents and the designs for each scent. I got bath and body work's perfume from my friend and I love the design on the perfume I got it casted a beautiful design on my table. I have never had a problem with bath and body works. All my perfumes are from bath and body works and I always have the hardest time choosing which one I should use today. I wish I could summit a picture of the cast.

Placed order on December 1. Was told it would be here December 8. Upon 2 phone calls December 9 and 18. Their customer service department could not help me locate my delivery or tell me when it would arrive. Very disappointing customer service as well as the fact they use a terribly incompetent delivery service. I have placed several orders online with other stores and have had no issues with the package showing up. I will never order from Bath and body works.

Worst customer service by far placed an order in November it arrived with many missing items missing I have been on calling every day for two weeks for them to tell me the next day it will be resolved called back to be put on hold for 30 then HANG UP ON this was not a mistake as I called back the next day same thing but with a different person when I called back got the same person told them I want to speak to a manager and phone did not hang up asked him why he said bad line , LIE .. still have not heard back absolutely disgusting company so unprofessional disrespectful and unorganised I will be going to consumer affairs

Placed an order November 15/24. With postal strike, they've chosen to not ship my order via Purolator. Many chats on customer service over the last month where I've been told it's being shipped. Now December 17 and they've changed delivery date to January 3. Very disappointed...customer service just lies and offered discount code that they never send out. Not happy at all.

Loooong line to check out at white marsh mall location. Only one cashier.

Bad customer service . I waited at the pick up line for 10 mins before only for a sales associate to tell me I should wait in the different line.
