Worst experience my package was to arrive on 12/12. It was never shipped. Replacement order still not processed or shipped now all the prices are doubled.

Wrong item sent out and they expect the customer to return the wrong item first before issuing a refund or correct product. Disgusting customer service and take days to reply to an email. Do not recommend!

On Dec 6th I ordered and paid for candles from the candle day sale. On the site it stated I would received the order between the 11th and the 18th. I waited and kept checking the tracking and nothing. All it said was label created but package not received. I called to get a replacement package and was told it was being shipped. When I got the email it showed one candle being shipped out and a refund for the rest. I never asked for a refund. The next day I called back and the agent stated was shipping candles out, come to find out today when I talked to the 3rd agent the candles were not shipped and longer available accept for 2. I was making and using them in Christmas bags, thanks a lot for nothing! This is how they do business? If I didn’t call I would have never known. Why sale the candles if you don’t have enough to sale and I’m considered vip and was in line early. I will never ever purchase another thing from bath and body works. A terrible way to do business!!!

I had such a nice experience at the store at South Pointe! I had a super pleasant cashier who brightened my day after a miserable experience at a previous merchant in the same shopping center. Renewed my faith in folks dealing with the public. Kudos to this young lady!!

I ordered 6 wall flower refills online. The box they arrived in was destroyed, opened, had glass refills floating loosely . It was a box that had been cut down and was not taped securely. What a mess! Would not recommend online purchases

The worst online customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Only sending part of my order. I sent an email as requested with receipt, picking slip and photo of what i received. Told by customer service they'd get back to me in 3 days. That was over 20 days ago! Many emails, phonecalls, asked to stay on hold as they speak to manager about my order. On hold for over 20 minutes and gave up! Phoned again today to be told don't contact us, we'll contact you. Yeah right! I can't give half a gift. I even went to the shop and they told me to speak to their customer service team on the phone number provided. Round in circles again! Never again!

Went to bath and body today to obtain some shower gel for my wife. The shower gel was a Christmas gift. The salesperson help me with a selection of 3 different scents. When I went to pay I was told I owed $54 plus tax. I didn’t realize the shower gel was$18 a bottle. Needless to say, I told the lady checking out, I was sorry, I just couldn’t pay $18 a bottle for the shower gel. The price is really unreasonable. I didn’t purchase the shower gel and left, will never come back. $18 for shower gel is crazy, crazy.
