I have been a long time customer and purchased BULK three wick candles for the first time. I received them and planned on using as needed and storing the rest. All candles were in great condition. I was shocked when my last three candles were totally cracked. (all in the same manner). I stored them properly in a closet with normal temps on a high shelf, these weren't even touched. It appears the ingredients cracks the glass or something weakened during shipping, because I can't for the life of me imagine anything else happening. (We have three adults that live at home and I'm the only person that uses that closet) Of course I contacted customer service and exchanging at the store wasn't possible. They wanted me to re order everything and refund and ship again. I wasn't comfortable with that because I wonder if shipping is what caused the weakness in the glass. I also read this happening to many other buyers. I guess I will stick with another candle company that uses thicker glass and has better service. I am actually glad this happened during storage because I read stories of glass breaking on these three wicks when lighting the candles!

I have always had wonderful experiences visiting Bath & Body Works physical stores: the staff is super nice, they treat you well, and they genuinely try to help. However, their online customer service is completely the opposite. placed an order that never arrived, losing 70 dollars. When I contacted support, the agents' attitude was entirely despotical and condescending. When they ran out of arguments and didn't want to keep resolving the issue, they simply hung up the phone, leaving me talking to myself. Their final response was to wash their hands under "company policies," telling me rudely that the problem was mine and that I had to figure it out on my own with my bank. If you love their products, go buy them directly at a physical branch. But if you plan to shop through their online store, save yourself the anger and the trouble, because if there is an error with your shipment, you will be left without the product, without your money, and with rude treatment.

Midnight Rogue smells good , but why’s the bottle smaller but the same price as all the other bottles. Sounds like a rip off to me.

I called your customer service number. Your virtual assistant kept asking for my order number that I didn't have. Then I was connected to a rep who again asked for the order number! omg! I also had to contend with very loud background noise with my hearing loss! After 17 minutes, my minor issue was ,hopefully, resolved! TERRIBLE!

I placed an online order on Sep 23rd. On Sept 26th I received an email stating my order is on the way being delivered by DoorDash. Next email status in afternoon of Sept 26, order was 2 stops away from my house in Grayslake Illinois. Serveral hours lated order status stated being delivered by DoorDash still showed 2 stops and 20 miles from my address. Overnight status at 6am Sept 27, Sunday showed delivery on way, to be delivered by 6:01am. At 9am status showed unable to deliver and order being returned to facility in OHIO, when I live in Illinois. A call to Customer Service said delivery will now be a week later with no explanation as to why DoorDash did not deliver when only 2 stops away. I had sent the driver, Angel, a chat on Saturday eveing asking about the delay in only 2 stops away but received no response. DoorDash is unacceptable as a delivery service for Bath and Body Works and you have lost my business.

I've been a customer here for over twenty years. The foaming hand soaps and room sprays have been a staple in my home, but the company no longer accepts coupons like it used to and won't honor price adjustments for "flash sales". I literally paid $8.00 for an item that is $3.50 a day later. I've spent thousands here over the years. Sadly, this was my last order.

Today I went to pick up an order from BBW in Prince Frederick. I was pleasantly greeted at the door. I informed the young lady that I was there to pick up an order. She asked for the order number and if I had planned to do any shopping. I advised that I wasn't. She proceeded to the counter, got my order and brought it to me. I thought that was extremely nice of her and I truly appreciated her kindness. Keep up the good work.
