I am a long time buyer of Bath & Body Works and I send their products to my family member in NY. They recently started using DoorDash as a courier and they could not deliver the product because it goes to an apartment building. The courier has always been USPS before because they have a key to deliver mail and they leave the box inside the building. I called and talked to two customer service reps, including a supervisor named JJ and was told there is no way to request a certain courier. Well that won't work in NY!! If it was going to a house, great! But there is no way to know when DoorDash will show up and the person receiving it has to be home to let them in the building in Manhattan!! Order has to be cancelled now and I won't be placing more orders!!

I bought a body spray and it was broken. I hadn't used it and 90 days may have passed because when I shop, I typically buy 3 bottles. Because the bottles are welded shut, I couldn't access the perfume. I went to my local Bath and Body Works thinking I could exchange it for another bottle. Surprisingly and sadly, I wasn't permitted to do so. A huge corporation with a multitude of stores nationwide, doesn't value their customers enough to exchange damaged merchandise!!! Shame on Bath and Body Works!!! I called Corporate and wasted my time unfortunately. I don't like that the bottles are welded shut either. The whole situation was ridiculous. Corporate should change this company policy and strive to keep their customers h

The pump soaps I have purchased in the last few months 3 of the 6 are watered down!! That is why they put them on sale because they refill the bottles with watered down garbage!!

Your worker Customer service is horrible. They're very rude. Pointing fingers, saying, "No, no, no! I didn't do that! I didn't do that! Blaming us, lying to us, straight to our face. About products, and I hope you appreciate. I wrote this, and will take it for real You're very welcome. I hope you have a nice day. Please get this together

Such horrible customer service! You are lucky to even get a reply! I had an oil leak out of its vessel with hours and was told I contacted them too late and no further assistance was given. Quite rudely too. Their candles and hand soap barely smell like anything. 2 orders and I'm done forever!!

On 8/27/2026, I purchased Wallflower refills at the Anthem Outlet location in Arizona. The cashier placed the items in the typical Bath & Body Works paper bag. I carried the bag to my car and placed it on the passenger seat of my car. It remained there for the duration of the 1.5 hour car ride home. Upon arrival, I noticed a wet substance on the seat. I discovered that one of the Wallflowers leaked through the bag. When I tried to remove the substance from the seat, the top layer of the seat began to flake off. This is a brand new (2026) car. I have a witness that it was 100% the Wallflower that caused the damage because she was about to sit in the passenger seat when we noticed the residue. I contacted the company immediately (within hours) and a claim was opened the next day on 8/28/2026. I went through all of the hoops with customer service and then their insurance company (Safety National Casualty Group) on 8/31/2026. Dave (the claims adjuster) came to assess the damage on 9/9/2026. I provided everything they asked for including VIN, insurance, registration, detailed photos, provided multiple statements, etc... Today (10/8/2026), they denied responsibility but as a "gesture of goodwill" offered me $100. The cost of the repair was over 8 times that. BUYER BEWARE! Not only is the fragrance inside the Wallflower caustic but when it damages your floors or counters or in my case a car seat, they will not take responsibility. As a matter of principle, I am not going to let this go. I know they are hoping that I will just take the $100 and drop it. But I'm not going to do that. It will end up costing everyone involved more than the repair. If the company had any integrity, they would have paid for the damage that their product caused.
