The changes on the rewards are no good. Very disappointing for a loyal customer like me. I don’t think I’ll buy there anymore.

I visited the Destin FL last week. Two employees Sadie and Kaiden were very rude and not helpful at all, as they chose to stand around and talk bad about people and not assist me in checking out. What happened to great customer service these days?

I think I think that the person that left the review is trying to leave a review about this website www (no space is actually here but I can't give a link and I think ppl should see that this is the bad site) bathandbodaywrks.us. com they deserve the NO STAR SCAM ALERT DO NOT PURCHASE REVIEW. the person by mistake left a review under poor bath and body works actual site. That site is legit if u have a problem with in-store shop online, great deals and products plus they have loyalty rewards. That scam site says it's semi annual priced and almost got me and I think bath and body works should know they exist and are causing problems

The reward program doesn't work because it has too many limitations to get what you really want. If B&BW is going to limit things even more, it's better not to offer rewards. It's like deceiving the consumer.

Never got my Molton brown products no email..no contact...no nothing Terrible..

If I could give a negative star, I would. B&BW told me several times my order would arrive on time, didn't arrive, called back, said next day. I'd ordered for delivery in ample time before I was leaving the country on vacation. After being reassured countless times that the parcel would arrive on time, I did not receive it. When I returned 7 days later, tracking showed it had been delivered however it had not. B&BW said my items were out of stock and they would give me a refund. I wanted my items, not a refund. I will never shop with that company again!
