I absolutely love all things about these products. I buy most of my products on-line because I am disabled. I have had cancer twice and my skin was left extremely dry. The lotion from here is all that helps plus it smells wonderful so who needs perfume when you got this. I now have my daughter hooked

I shop in store and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable,& helpful. I love their scents for everything from women to men to home! I only wish Cotton Blossom would come back along with Fresh Bamboo candies and maybe some wallflowers too!!! My only complaint is loosing scents I love and having to find new ones.

Oh my gosh, Best fragrance you could smell. I love going inside the store as well, always smells wonderful. I love these products from this place. From candles and plugins to body mist, lotions, and oh my gosh, even the hand sanitizer is amazing. Will definitely continue to shop in store and online here.

I love Bath and Bodyworks, firstly because they stuck with what they knew, they stuck with what they are good at, instead of branching out into clothes, shoes etc. Victoria's Secret was know for their fragrances at one time and fell off. In my opinion the company tried to dip and dab into everything and they lost their way. Secondly, Bath and Bodyworks has a nice return policy. If a candle was mailed to me damaged, I can take the candle to the nears Bath and Bodyworks store and they will switch it out. There sales and coupons are off the chain. One con about Bath and Bodyworks, their stores are too small. Lastly, I will be a shopper with them forever.

My husband and I went to your store tonight to purchase items for myself and co workers for Christmas as I do every year. This year was by far the worst. In the 20 minutes my husband and I were in the store not one employee asked if they could help us or tell us about any sales going on. I made one small purchase and left. The whole time we were their 1 employee was fussing about a personal matter and the other 2 were walking around putting out stock. I will take my holiday business elsewhere. Very disappointed because I have always loved your store!

They have pathetic customer service. I bought the perfume spark on 14.95 and when I returned back they offer me 4.95. They don't meet customer satisfaction
