Your shipping department is awful. Ordered eight days ago and still didn’t ship out. Worst company service ever. If you don’t have enough help for the holiday season then don’t advertise the hell out of your products

Horrible customer service! I shopped at the Fashion Place Mall yesterday around 4:30 pm and the girl at the register was so rude and sarcastic! Cashier #3435139 store 81385 I’ve never experienced this before at a Bath and Body Works! Sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 lotions in the glass bottles. They took at least 14 days to ship to me. When I opened the box all of the lotions were shattered. There was no bubble wrap in the package so I guess never get any glass item shipped through the mail. I’m just disappointed because their products are amazing but online ordering has completely let me down!

Honestly, shipping shouldn't take 10-12 days to ship a package. I buy items from California to Florida from Depop and they come in 4-5 days. This is ridiculous. I ordered on 12/2 and wont get my stuff till 12/13. They literally just printed out the shipping label 3 days ago. What took 9 days? How hard is it to put items in a box and ship them the next day or so? I sell stuff online and I've never had anyone wait 10-12 days. Get a better shipping service. UPDATE: Package came, missing two items. And i was still charged for them. They went out of stock and never notified me.

Every time I go to bath and body works, they have fewer and fewer creamy lux hand soap and even fewer scents to choose from. Today, none at all. Going to bed bath and beyond to see what I can find there. So disappointed 😔

Just received my order today. I ordered 12 body butters for Christmas as a gift to my mom. The package arrived damaged and dirty on the inside, and one of the body butters were busted open. The other butters in the package were covered in lotion and very messily thrown in the box. My order cost 140 dollars and it was carelessly packaged, and upside down with two small pieces of plastic that said bath and body works on it. I understand that it is so close to Christmas, which is why I ordered when I did, but also, it was supposed to be a gift. I would have been embarrassed if I would have had this shipped to my mom's house to surprise her and she open the package to find it as I did. I love bath and body's products and have been a supporter for such a long time, but this was so disappointing. I tried to call customer service before making this review but I was on hold for half an hour before I just gave up on anyone answering.

Submitted an order on 12/2/19 a week and a half later was told 3 items were cancelled out of the order and I would now not receive my order until 12/14!!! so unacceptable!!!
