They have the worth online service I ever shop with. Received my order for Xmas, got damage item call them up for a replacement. They told me that the item is on it way, that was Dec. 20th. I still haven't got my replacement yet(01/02/2020). They just lost another customer.

SO DISAPPOINTED...BBW’s semi annual sale continues to deteriorate!!! 75% off used to be a great selection. Every year the selection is worse with scents you’ve never heard of and wouldn’t buy because the STINK! I tried 2 BBW stores in 2 different states. AWFUL selection. The 2nd one worse than the 1st. Tried to order something online. Website wouldn’t work. Selection was minimal. Ended paying $5.99 S/H. And told it would be here in a week or two!! Is there an alternative to BBW?

Grove city outlets bath and body works has some wonderful employees one in particular was absolutely helpful and kind his name is Jake! He helped me with my order, and quick to help! Thanks so so much for all the help Jake you are wonderful!

I had a coupon for “free” $5.50 to spend and when i got an item i couldnt even use it. This place is embarrassing to shop at. The coupon wasnt even spcific it just said “restrictions may apply”

I ordered several hand soaps for Christmas gifts. Paid $5.99 for shipping which stated 3-8 business days. Christmas has now past and still no hand soaps or word from B&BW, even though the total amount has been charged; how convenient for them. My tracking information says the package was damaged and returned to sender on 12/18. I have not received any update about my order since the shipping email on 12/17, even after emailing customer service on 12/20. I also received a notice that one item I ordered was out of stock and therefore cancelled from my order. I would have liked to know this when ordering, or at least be given a chance to select a replacement flavor, since the items were on sale. After reading other reviews that are eerily similar to mine, it really smells like a scam. I am highly disappointed and will not be ordering from Bath & Body Works again.

I would write 0 stars if I could. Bathandbodyworks has gone wayyyyyyy downhill. I used to order online from them but NEVER again!! In a nutshell, I placed an order on 11/23 and never received my order but they charged me the $46.10 for 15 bottles of hand soap. I spent many phone calls with them and all they said it is that they'd send out only half my order bc they sold out of my other items. Ok fine. So I received half my order but they NEVER credited my credit card for the missing items. This HAS TO STOP people need to take a stand that Bathandbodyworks is stealing from their customers. It is now 12/24 and with no credit received. Upon calling bathandbodyworks they promised me a full credit but haven't even received a half credit. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BATHANDBODYWORKS EVVVVER AGAIN online or in store. Youd think they'd have top notch customer service for their already overpriced soaps. DO NOT BUY FROM BATHANDBODYWORKS AND TAKE A STAND AGAINST RUTHLESS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNETHICAL WAYS TO STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS....

It arrived on time with everything I ordered. They left it by the front door.

I never had a problem with bath and body works before. Girls usually would help me and even wrap my gifts for me. I was traveling to out of state from Utah for Christmas and stopped by Murray mall, because I thought I would be taken care of as usual. I picked up few gifts and asked to wrap in those bags boys items. There was not a line after me.. The girl just put wrap in my bag and said have a good day. Now, in Idaho I see that she didn't give me enough ribbons. I can't fix this on the farm now and I am pretty upset with lack of attention on her part.
