I ordered some seasonal things, have yet to receive them. My original order got returned to shipper due to the incompetent shipping company they used. When they resent my order, half of what I wanted was now out of stock. Yet another order just got returned and those are out of stock as well now. I will now be getting less than half of what I ordered due to no fault of my own.

I ordered 4 candles for Christmas gifts December 07 never got them, called to find out what was going on and was advised there would be a replacement sent Decent 20, got an email saying the replacement was canceled! When I spoke to a representative they advised me that those candles were out of stock so they sent 1 of 4 candles originally ordered. Today January 7 I still have yet to get the other 3 candles nor a refund for what I paid! Was advised I could purchase the 3 candles but I would have to pay for them😤

Addendum to original review. Not only did they screw up my entire order, they charged my card. Again. For items not received. Their customer service is crap and not helpful. Will NEVER order online again. Lesson learned.

After so many reviews - I believe I have to agree with many other and stay away from BBW. I used to love there products, but they are really getting to be ridiculous!! I just went online to purchase some items - Semi Annual Clearance items (Christmas scents) and the are not even at 50% off. In the stores they are 75% off, but of course no one has them in the store and the stores state that they cannot order them for you that we have to do it online ourselves. What a joke - they are really falling low. Not worth shopping here any longer!!. Will find soaps elsewhere. For candles go to Kohl's and get their brand they are much less expensive and smell 10x better and the scents are stronger!! Another customer lost for BBW :(

BBW has a terrible online order site. I placed a big order online but did not receive confirmation after 10 minutes. So I quickly placed another one and after I did that I found out the first one took. I called right away to cancel the second order but they told me I could not do that. I was planning to return the second order but I am also missing 3 items. I will never order from them again. Would give them zero stars if possible.

I love Bath and Body Works for small gifts for friends or secret santa. In recent years I haven't shopped here as much because they usually for some reason always discontinue the scents I love... I must have bad taste or I'm cursed. In any event, I had a great coupon and came in here to purchase some items for presents and to get some items for my boyfriend's 11-year old daughter for Christmas this past December and had a great time shopping around. I always purchase their lemon and orange scented soaps for my kitchen so I stop in every few months when there is a sale. Their candles smell wonderful and they have great promos from time to time. I don't understand why the reviews are so poor - it is what it is. I don't shop here for quality body spray or lotions anymore because I find the smells too strong and the lotion too watery but for gifts and small items and soap - it's a great spot and the coupons, which they let you combine, add up to great deals!

Very Weak Scents, need to bring back the scent that you can smell , all the scents are more like scented water!
