Their 4 oz."I'm the perfect" candle.."Try Me" candles SUCK!! I LOVE Bath and Body candles, but these have NO fragrance at all when they're burning. What a waste of money!!

What horrible experience visited the store in King Of Prussia picked something for my daughter want to the register and here we are the customer service ( Nyima ) at checkout no hi no how are you asked us to pay the total show her the coupon said we don’t take coupon told her there is nothing that says no coupon then replied sorry we don’t take coupon. She was very rude in all areas and I feel bad for the company. I will never go back. there lost not mine and to everyone please make sure to shop round before buying from this company. Thank you all readers.

I ordered 7 products with Buy 3 Get 3 Free deal, and Exclusive Black Friday item. After 3 days of the order, they just canceled 3 free products with no explanation. I was charged full price of other 3 items and the Black Friday item. What happened to the deal??? They notified that the Exclusive Black Friday item was shipped after 5 days of the order, but they told me it was canceled when I called the customer care after 1 month and 7 days. So what did they ship at then? Anyways, after I worked with their customer care for over a month, I finally got all the issues to be resolved. It was 1 order with too many issues (no explanation with cancelling the items, overcharge, no refund, missing item, etc). If I didn't call them, they wouldn't have issued the refund. I assume this is how this company makes money. They need to improve their operations and their online system. They shouldn't send a confirmation email to the customers right away if they don't know their inventory. They should take a responsibility what they are stating in their emails. Online shopping suppose to be easy and fun, and saving your time for the customers. But this was totally opposite experience. Never again.

Christmas was awesome! The new scents just launched online and in stores, so YUMMY! Great job Bath & Body Works, keep it up! :)

They cancelled 2/3 items I order and didn’t let me know till after they had sent the last item (6.00 + 5.99 shipping) I had no opportunity to cancel/refuse to buy one item. Rip. Off. Never doing business with them again.

I say the same like the User Dana D. Bath and body works are internet bandits. Sorry for my bad english..But they take my money and ship some items and the Rest not, and dont tell me anything . I but it in Warehouse because im from Germany. And when im not check everything they tell me nothing. Take the Money and bring/shipp me nothing. Unbelieveable. No more i odert by bbw, NO MORE!!! Pay a lot of money and then that!!! And allso that stuff from bbw is full of Parabene and other toxics..What i want, great Pictures on the flakons or good cremes for my Body. I say 1st , never more again bye bye bbw

In October 2019, I ordered $68 worth of soaps. I live in Virginia. The order was shipped to someone in Pennsylvania who accepted it. I have been on the phone with customer service reps since October 2019. Each rep has promised a refund/credit. After checking my credit card monthly statements and find I have had no refund from Bath and Body Works, I call their customer service rep again, and get the same reassurance the credit is on its way. I am worn out. I only get lip service. These guys are BANDITS. They don't use a gun, but they get the same results a gun would provide. They have STOLEN MY money. I have been ROBBED! STUCK-UP via the Internet! After many hours on the phone explaining and repeating the same story to these reps, I feel like I have been PISTOL-WHIPPED. Normally, someone who commits a ROBBERY goes to jail; pays a penalty. But not this time. I may as well have thrown my money into the toilet and flushed. I will probably never see that $68 ever. The money is no longer the important issue here. It's the shear neglect of doing the right thing for your customer. Bath & Body Works simply does not care about the customer. How do I get satisfaction? I am not the only one that has been ROBBED. Read these one-star reviews. This is epidemic with Bath & Body Works. It's in their DNA. They are just bad, bad, people. Don't shop online with them. Take your business to the brick and mortar or to another reputable business. If any of you have received a satisfied solution to a similar problem with Bath & Body Works or have any suggestions on how I should pursue this, let me know. Otherwise, there are a few lawyers in my church family that I can ask for advice, and I will.

i wanted to give more stars but i am getting too aggravated to do so. Their gift card numbers DO NOT WORK and yet they still continue to send them. You cannot tell what you’ll end up with from your order, because all too often, they’ve cancelled items from your order due to no stock.... but AFTER you order!!! And you cannot cancel your order. And i must add, i will not ever again call the 1800 no. due to the extremely irritating “music” on the waiting line. Can’t they find something decent with so much great music out there??
