I have been a B&BW fan from day one. However, my last order took way too long to arrive. Then today I placed an order and only after I posted seen that I can have it curb side pickup. I immediately got on chat with them to switch to the store for pickup and I'm told they're is nothing they can do once it's placed. They will not touch or process my order for a couple weeks but cannot/ will not make a change or cancel all together. This is crazy, not at all consumer friendly. Shipping is taking WAY TOO LONG so they should show store pickup as an option that's obviously available. To have it show up after I ordered is just wrong. Then to not even let me cancel an order I literally just placed. I rant over. I'm just very irritated and upset.

We ordered 4 items the last week of April and it was fulfilled on May 4th. Bath and body works uses newgistics for shipping so now one week later it sits without movement making over two weeks in limbo. We will never order from these clowns again. We were billed the day it was ordered but tomorrow we will demand a refund.

Y’all need to open back up how is belk open but y’all aren’t people need the body washes and care products for their skin!!!!

Same review as others. Placed order 4/25 and still no shipment. Emails state "getting ready to ship, keeping you safe, extra precautions b/c COVID" etc. Wont let me cancel either. It's disgusting to use COVID outbreak as an excuse for inability to fulfill their orders IN THE TIMEFRAME THEY STATE WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER and to misrepresent that ability on their website by trying to bait customers and stating "you can still shop online even though our stores are closed....." How terrible to take advantages of customers in this time of crisis and need

Placed an order 04/25, I receive the same stupid email saying my order is about to be shipped. Well it's been 13 days and enough is enough. I called customer service to cancel my order since it is no way near to being shipped only to be told that it can't be cancelled but I can return it when I receive the order, What? I'm only trying cancel because you're taking forever to ship it!! I will never order from them again and I will never buy anything from this company again, way to go BBW!!

My experience with Bath & Body Works has only further proven to me that this is a company that cares about its customers and employees. Their stores were one of the first to closed down due to the COVID virus and they paid their salaried employees throughout this time, maybe even some others for a while, I am not positive about that. They also closed down half of their warehouses to protect as many employees as possible, yet have still processed their huge increase in orders within a reasonable period of time. Some reviewers are giving them bad reviews based solely on delivery experiences during the COVID shut down period, and that isn't fair because no business is operating the same way it had before, nor should it until all stores and warehouses are allowed to safely be fully operational again. I am still giving them 5 starts because I have received both the online ordered I placed within two weeks of ordering them, which is stellar for the current conditions. The products have arrived packaged just as securely as always, and the products are the same high quality items I have come to love at the store. But I also know that if for some reason I don't love them, I can return them per their 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. I would give them more stars if I could!

I have to say how terrible you people are as a company during this covid -19 there has not been not one sale on your items. You have no consideration for people at all. Your service suck even at stores all those people have nothing but bad attitudes. Everyone should be treated with respect. You will lose a lot of customers. You guys actually jack up the prices on everything.

I have been a bath and body patron for many years,up until now. I recently made an online purchase on April 20th. I still have yet to receive my order of about $100 And its May 7th. They did make mention to the longer delivery time due to the ongoing covid19 circumstance. However, my daughter in law ordered on April 24th and received her order in a more timely manner than > ( May6th). I completely understand the longevity due to coronavirus but this is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed.
