This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a gift set to be sent to my daughter-in-law in LA. I placed the order on April 30th. Not in time for Mother's Day, they said. So, first they said it would arrive on Tues., May 12th, then it was Wed., May 13, then Thurs., May 14, then Fri., May 15th. Now they are saying Monday, May 18th. I am not kidding. And I am so sick of hearing that the covid19 virus is an excuse for poor customer service. We'll be hearing about that for the next 2 years. I will NEVER order from these people again.They should have made it their business to ensure that all orders placed before Mother's Day were received by Mother's Day, like every other company does.

I ordered $150 dollars worth of wallflowers and soap plus one candle which was dropped from my order because they sold out, on 4-25. I didn’t receive a tracking number until 5-7 My tracking number has never worked and the money had been pulled from my account on 5-7. When I called they told me it was lost/stuck with their distribution partner. They placed a reorder for me on 5-11. The order number is invalid as of this morning 5-14. I am so dang frustrated. I have ordered from several companies both big and small and yes it’s taken a few days extra to receive but nothing like this. Bath and Body needs to get it together. This is ridiculous and they’ve lost a costumer. I had to go out an find alternatives. Online and I received them 5 days after ordering btw! Just hope I can get my $150 back now.

I shop at Bath & Body Works several times a year for new fragrances, air fresheners, hand soap, etc. I have enjoyed getting the promo bags with new products whenever they are offered. The promo bag has always been of such good, durable material in fun colors. For Mother’s Day 2020, the bag appeared absolutely adorable, navy blue with large peony flowers. But upon receiving it I was greatly disappointed... very cheap looking & absolutely not durable at all. Much different than all past promo bags that have been sold. The material is of poor quality that can rip easily if anything heavy is placed in it. I would not have bought it if I knew of the cheap quality; I was expecting the same good & durable quality as all previous promo bags. This is a huge disappointment & I’ll think twice before purchasing BBW next offer of a promo bag with new products.

Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite stores ever: however, I’ll never order anything online again!! I ordered something for my daughter for Mothers Day It wasn’t until after I submitted the order that I received notification they were running behind. I tried to cancel because I wanted her to get something by Mother's Day, but I was told once an order is submitted, it can’t be cancelled. (It was 5 min later.) On Monday I got an email saying it was “about to ship’. It’s Wednesday and it still hasn’t been sent. I don’t appreciate being strung along. Hope she gets it before Fathers Day!! Again, love the store. But their online delivery service is TERRIBLE!!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago that still hasn't shipped & they can't even tell me when it will ship yet refuse to allow me to cancel the order! I gave them 1 star because they do have great products! PS I just found out Amazon sells lots of B&BW products & Amazon allows you to cancel orders!!!

I’ve placed two separate orders since early April. My first order I received three weeks after ordering and was charged twice. They took the money at the time that I ordered and when it was shipped (two weeks after placing order) charged me AGAIN. The other order I placed probably a week or two after the first one. That one finally got shipped. And guess what... when it shipped I got double charged once again. That’s a $100 loss from this company.

I ordered on April 29th ( a 165.00 order ) I got an email on the 7th that said my order was about to ship , now 6 days later it still hasn’t even shipped. I completely understand it taking a little more time but this is too much. I’m so disappointed in the way this order is going and now I’m hearing that people who ordered a week before me still haven’t gotten their order shipped. Taking way way too long. I love bath and body works but am very disappointed in them right now!!

I ordered from BABW and not only did the order come after 4 weeks but the order was wrong I had ordered lotion but they gave me shower gel. And they also gave me a broken perfume. I couldn't spray myself with it at ALL. Plus, one shower gel spilled inside the box! Never buying online from Bath and Body works again!!
