I just do not get it. I placed an order on 3/30. Now it is 4/18. I got my usual 200 dollar order for the three wick candles and I waited...and waited....and waited until today. Finally they shipped my items but now I’m worried as my bank act was never charged?!? So they ship without charging? Am I getting free candles or what? I hope this does not mean that somehow it will get cancelled abd I have to wait until the next half off promotion with my 20 percent off coupon on top of that and then three weeks to ship again. This is not the first time they have screwed me up last time was Christmas and a package that was ohhh 6 weeks late after shipment from them. Finally called and they basically called me a liar. I had to submit the tracking info showing that it was never delivered and wait 34 days for a refund.

I always enjoyed shopping at bath & body but recently ordering online has been a nightmare placed an order on May 6th call today the 18th still processing my order I told them I wanted a refund since it hasn't been shipped they said we can't give a refund oncethe order has been placed so still waiting I will not order from them again in fact I won't even shop there again very disappointed I understand things are slower with the covid-19 but this is just ridiculous

Just two months ago bath and body works was my favorite store and now I refuse to buy online from them. Not helping everyone out with free shipping or sending out their coupons/rewards during this pandemic says a lot about the company. Was going to make a purchase Of approx. $110 (No coupons because they aren’t allowing it atm) and still no free shipping

Terrible online customer service. Terrible shipping practices. Ordered on May 9th, delivery is between May 9- June 2 and for standard shipping? It wont allow me to cancel my order or even just change the shipping address. Smh. That's ridiculous. It only allows you to use 2 gift cards as a payment. Their candles used to be high quality and about 4 months ago 6/8 candles were exchanged because I cant even smell the scent unless I sniff from the jar. Those 6 candles exchanged were then exchanged due to the same issue before.

Placed an order on 4/19 with an estimated delivery range of up to 5/11. I definitely understand that things might be delayed due to Covid, but have yet to receive it. It’s now 5/17. No updates or notifications from them, no way to cancel the order, etc. I’m very disappointed with them.

I have ordered in the past and have been satisfied until just recently. I placed 2 orders, 1 for body wash and hand soaps and the other for hand sanitizer. This was back in April and I'm still waiting for the body wash and hand soap. The other order, when placed, told me it was in stock. They processed the payment on my cc and then out of the blue, they cancelled the order. But when I went online, they had other hand sanitizers available, why not send me one of them??!! Now I have to hope the charge is removed from my cc. I also hope that I receive my other order. I don't know if I'll order from them online any longer and maybe I'll go to the store, where at least I can leave with the product in hand. Not a Happy Customer.

I've ordered so many times with B&BW and I am never unhappy. They send out emails letting you know updates about shipment and answer any questions quickly. It does take some time to receive packages but that's not on them I don't believe.

Bath & Bodyworks has always taken forever to ship / deliver even before the Covid Virus. They use snail mail and charge you for it no matter how much you spend. Which honestly for a multi million dollar company is just bad business. Get it together. I placed an order on 05/02 and it’s supposedly being delivered on 05/15. Just a ridiculous amount of time. I ordered from Target yesterday, 05/13, it will be here in 2 days. Take notes Bath & Bodyworks, take notes.....
