I have used Bath and Body Works hand soaps for years, I ordered 8 bottles on May 3rd, it took 3 weeks for me to receive them and during this time I kept getting emails from them telling me they are processing my order, I understand this do to the covid 19 issues but my real problem now is the quality of the products. The hand soaps are so watered down now that had I went to the store to purchase them I would have walked right out and went to the nearest Dollar Tree and saved myself over $35, yes the smell might not have been the same but once I rinse my hands now the smell that used to last is gone in no time. Never again will I buy from Bath and Body Works, they are taking advantage of their customers during this crisis, I am in the high risk group for catching this virus so I am doing everything I can to stay home, that is why I order online plus I have other health issues and am on disability so I do a lot of online ordering but this has taught me that some of my faithful retails stores can no longer be trusted to do online ordering since we can't return items. You have lost a loyal customer and I am spreading the word for others to be careful when ordering online from your company.

I used to love the plugins for my house but in the last few years the quality has DROPPED drastically! They barely last a month with hardly any scent(I still have a few older ones and those last closer to 3 months with scent throughout). Out of the 10 scents that I really like, only 2 work at this point. The rest you actually have to put your nose above the plugin to even smell anything. Lastly, the price has fully doubled during this time . In a nutshell, quality has gone way down while prices have doubled , I will no longer be buying unless that changes.

Due to COVID, I ordered 3 shower gels online at Bath and Body Works on May 6th and as of 5/31, it still has not reached my home. On 5/13 I received an email telling me my items have shipped. When I track the package, I see that the package is in Atlanta, which is only 3 hours from where I live. It has been in Atlanta for over 2 weeks and is expected to arrive June 1st. Since I ran out of shower gel, I began using the Suave brand and have realized I may be overpaying for Bath & Body Works shower gel. This has been extremely disappointing.

I get emails every day wanting me to buy online. I have ordered many times prior to Covid 19 without any issues. It seems they are using a company called Newgenics for their shipping. My credit card has been charged upon shipping. But the delivery status indicates it's in Phoenix for several days now. Cannot reach anyone via phone or chat online. If this company wants business via online they need major improvements.

This company are stealing money from its customers by selling defect products then not allowing the customers to bring anything back. I spent $130 on candles 6 are defective. I am going to contact my credit card company

My daughter gave me Sleep Lavender cedar wood massage oil and I love it, but the bottle is glass not plastic and 2 days later broke and oil spread all over my bathroom floor. I was very upset about it. Please, don’t use glass bottles anymore. I will never buy if is glass.

Do Not buy from them especially on line. During this pandemic I've done a lot of online shopping and this is the only company I have had shipping issues with. Everytime I call them I get one misinformed customer service rep after another, when I've asked for a manager I either get a Supervisor, who is equally lacking in customer service skills, or I get someone even worse. I spent over 2 hours last night trying to get an answer as to where my package is, the one that was supposed to be delivered almost a wk ago, and every person I spoke with had a different answer and different information. This is after I spoke to the Post Office who can't even find my package yet a "Supervisor" at Bath and Body Works claimed to have more information than them said it's in transit when it's not!! It's not worth the aggravation to order from them on line. If you really like their products stores are starting to open I'd wait and buy what you need in store. I've placed 5 orders with them since the pandemic started and I've had a problem with EVERY ORDER yet I've ordered from several other companies on line and have not had one issue, it's only with Bath and Body Works where I have an issue. It says a lot if a company only rates barely 2 stars out of 5!! If you can wait until the stores open again or get what you need elsewhere I STRONGLY suggest you do so

Previous shipments some of the products had broken tamper seals or no seals at all. They replaced them, but the wait and trouble is still an inconvenience. This recent order was placed on 05/11/20 will allegedly deliver on 06/02/20. It is currently 05/29/20. Other companies are having very little problems shipping out products during covid-19. This might be the last time I order through this company covid or not.
