I spent $85 for six candles which included shipping and tax. While adding items, the order form showed my purchase qualified for free gifts. Nothing FREE was included in the order. Also, two of the candles were not their brand, instead an unknown company name. I've sent two emails to customer service and have not received a response. I see there have been numerous complaints filed with the BBB. I will never order from them again. False advertising.

Unhelpful costumer service. They don't understand where we are coming from. The deal on the candles said buy 2 take 1. When the candles were on the cart it showed 1 candle was free and for the wAllflower refill it showed 1 wallflower refill was free. I even showed it to my housemates. We are 5 people at home ordering for those stuffs and why we did not see the terms about the cheaper items were free, what a shame. It was because the policy's font size is so small you can not even see it and it was in the middle of the paragraph. They made it very small so people can hardly notice it. That was their strategy. We're asking for refund and costumer service didn't help. It's unfair. In australia we can easily return the items if we don't like it, except for the useless bath and body works. I thought we can get the buy 2 take 1 that's why we ordered those expensive candles. This is not good. Please make the policy bigger next time, don't trick people.

I called the customer service department on 9/17/2020 and spoke with Valerie Sparr in in Illinois. I received an order including five 3-wick candles. Two were extremely broken and packaged differently than the other three candles. I previously received another order in which another 3-wick candle was broken with the same packaging as the the two that were broken in this order. When I called to receive assistance, I was spoken to an unprofessional and very rude manner by Valerie. She would continue to interrupt when I was trying to speak. I finally asked for a supervisor and their name after the process with her. I was then told that she would have to see if one was available. Also, she could not give me the name of her supervisor. I was not tranfered to a supervisor nor was the matter of the broken candles resolved. This was the worst customer service experience.

In store shopping is great. Online shopping is a pain in the butt. Didn’t know an item was cancelled until my order shipped and I couldn’t replace it with anything else. It was a buy one get one free and I just wanted to exchange it, not even cancel my order completely. The person I talked with told me I couldn’t exchange it. Your online service skills are awful.

My bath & body works experience was absolutely phenomenal! They were all so sweet and kind and very helpful especially Abu at the eagan outlet, he helped us with everything finding things and more thank you so much bath & body great experience!!!

Bath and Body Works used to be my favorite place but here lately the deals have not been good. The coronvirus didn't hurt sales the deals just aren't good

The store in Battle Creek Michigan took the covid guidelines way too far! It’s required for all customers to use hand sanitizer, which in itself is not a cdc guideline. The lady at the front didn’t ask me, wait for me to put my phone in my pocket, she just sprayed me without my consent!!! I had a burn on my hand and that hurt bad! So inappropriate!!! Needless to say, I didn’t shop there and will not be shopping there ever again! Shame on you!!

I have shopped in store and online for years and today was the worst experience with this company. When I walked into the store, the girl grabbed my hands to spray me down ! I had just used hand sanitizer when walking into the mall. Then when I went to pay, they wanted me to buy three, get three free (which I usually do) but today I had more things than usual so I wanted to take advantage of the buy 2 and get third free, which was on the same sign. The girl said "that's not how it works". Well by this time I was just fed up with the whole store, I put one back, paid and left. As I was walking out the door the first girl was telling customers to spray their hands not grabbing them like she did mine. Needless to say, I won't be going back to that store, Scottsbluff, Nebraska. I have always loved the products but unfortunately will be spending less because of a bad experience. I will wait until I go to another town. When I ordered online, it took way to long to get so I won't do that again either.
