I ordered a few products and got the shipping email. Then an email saying some products were out of stock, yet I was charged the full amount. My package is a week late, never came. And tracking stops online. I called for a refund and they said they'd ship it again. Can you tell me where it is?? Women sounded like she was asleep and all I heard was the phone rubbing on materials. I felt like i was giving my info to someone that shouldn't have it. Disappointed.

I have never had a good online ordering experience with bath and body works. I missed out on the sale because they ran out and did not inform me that until the next day AFTER they charged me. I missed out on an amazing deal and I'm super ticked off about it!

The online customer service staff is an absolute JOKE. They’re not professional, they can’t even pronounce the names of the items, and no one seems to know what they’re talking about. So I placed an order earlier today & later on today I received an email stating that 3 of the items that I ordered were out of stock. (Went back on the website to confirm this & you could still add all of those same products to your bag). None of the items said that they were out of stock. Anyways, I called to cancel the entire order bc the three items that were cancelled, were the main three items that I wanted. I paid $120 for all of my items. The extra twenty was for overnight shipping. The rep explained that I hadn’t been charged for the items that were out of stock, (even though it had clearly been taken out of my account) & that it should reflect within a few days. The price for the two items that were still in stock & would be still be shipped to me, was $66. (They sent this via email). I asked the rep what was the total for the refund for those two items & he told me that it was $20. Excuse me, but HOW?? I had to correct him & break down the charges that were in the email. He proceeds to say “oh I forgot to add the other item & the shipping cost”. Ridiculous. I hung up bc I was on the phone for more than 20 minutes with him supposedly trying to process a simple refund. I called back only to speak with another incompetent, uncaring rep. She tells me that I’ll only be refunded $30. I had to reiterate the same thing that I told to him to her. She had also “forgot” to add in other costs that I PAID FOR to the refund. Needless to say, I will only continue to buy items from my local store bc that experience was absolutely horrendous. Get better workers for your company.

I absolutely love Bath and Body Works products, but I'm really irritated with the online site. Three times now I have tried purchasing things while a promotion is going on and it won't accept my card, my husband's card, or my Grifols card. All of them have money and there's no reason why they shouldn't work.

I order online and received 2 broken candle. They fix my order and sent me one back. I had to call them to find out they was out of stock of the other one. Not good with the online ordering.

I ordered something & it had no smell to it at all called and ask to return it or get a replacement since I was going to order something they could put it with that order. Customer Service said had to return in store which I don't go in stores so she said I would have to pay to return it pay to return something that is no good from them?

Dont order online. They never apply your coupons and then you have to waste time contacting them to get rhe credit. Also the cubicle chat reps are nasty to you. Make you feel like YOU did something wrong. You get SOME of what you ordered but they replace things with stuff you did not order. Unorganzied online ordering altogether. Go into the store. In this case, online ordering may be convenient but you cannot be guaranteed it will be correct.

I’m not surprised to see bath and body works struggling and closing stores. The quality of their products is CRAP. I used to love shopping at BBW, it was a fun way to treat myself but lately their products have just gone downhill. The smell payoff is weak I can get a better body spray at Walmart for 2.88. I see the prices going up every time I stop by but with that the quality has dropped. Makes no sense. Where is the money going, sure isn’t going to quality products OR innovative packaging. It’s basic overpriced body products. My last order... I regret, I can’t believe I still paid the $6 shipping for my package to come in 5-10 days, what a joke. I spend $70 bucks on overpriced body care and still need to pay shipping, this has stopped me from buying on more occasions then once. Get with it. You think amazon is charging 6 bucks to bring you an order...nope, they also come in 1-2 days so why am I wasting my time with BBW. They can’t even come up with less excessive packaging to help our environment.
