I ordered 2 simple things and whoever shipped my stuff should learn how to read and double check before making the biggest mistake ever. My “stuff” delivered to me that’s supposed to be another person’s items in ARKANSAS! I live in MISSOURI! Box says my address for the shipping but inside the box with the order on the paper has the other person’s address. There’s no other way to mess this up other than simply not reading and double checking making sure online customers has the right items. It Makes me feel like whoever did this probably doesn’t care about working there. And Whoever in Arkansas has my address can take a nice long trip to my state and pull up to my house.

Will never buy bath and body works again, they talk about racial injustice but not justice for all, more whites have been killed by police than any other races combined, let the police do their jobs for one and for the ones using their position against any and all races should be punished, if BBW cant be for all people then i will shop elsewhere

I used to LOVE getting BBW candles, now they are just an overpriced joke. How little scent can you put in a candle and how much more can you raise the price?? I order many scents, many candles and lately they have all been lack luster especially when I remember paying 11$ for a three wick when they were on sale and now they are up to 14.50$!? not worth it.

Recently, I visited the Bath & Body Works at the Hinesville, Georgia location to purchase some perfumes and lotion for my wife and daughter. This was my first time in there and as a older gentleman, I felt out of place and wanted to get out fast! One of the ladies that worked there looked at me and continued moving throughout the store. Then I was approached by Ms. Haelie Daranna and she was a tremendous help. She took her time and provided aroma tests with many of the fragrances because I didn't know which direction to go in (with my purchase). I am happy to say that with her expertise and advice, my wife and daughter were extremely satisfied. Because of Ms. Daranna's professionalism and consideration, my experience at B&B Works turned out to be a good one. Ms. Daranna is a credit to her business, profession, and should be recognized as such. Thank you again Ms. Haelie!!

Bought all the body oils sold at Bath & Body Works, and Im super happy and satisfied with the aromatic oils that they are selling from Lavender,Peppermint and Orange Ginger, all are really good but my favorite was the Orange Ginger scent really relaxing and calming. You all should try😘added positive points are their store staffs who are really friendly in assisting all the shoppers and orienting them on each and every items in the store. Salute to their superb energies🤗🤗🤗

I have been ordering for a long time, but lately they have seriously gone downhill. The last few orders have been broken or incomplete. They have buy 2 get 1, but they keep saying that the third one is not in stock. So no free one. I don't think I'm always buying the most popular scents. The shipping has gone up and there are not the amount of online coupons as there once were. Not sure what's going on, but it's happened way too many times. Customer service keeps promising things that never materialize. They will send a gift card, or I can place a new order and they will remove the shipping charge. They are not interested in solving issues and I just don’t know if it’s worth it anymore.

The online store sent our order to the wrong address, then returned to sender 3 times, and finally after hours of waiting for a manager who never answered they finally said after months of waiting that they cannot send products to an APO address; yet their website allows customers to add APO. The customer service reps are rude, untrained, and don't care. Complete waste of time and money.

Received coupon in the mail for free gift. Coupon specifically says no purchase necessary. Went to my local Bath and Body and picked out a travel size lotion and when I went to the counter the associate said I have to make a purchase to get the free gift. I pointed to the coupon where it says no purchase necessary. She said again you still have to buy something. What??? She went in the back and said she asked her manager and her manager told her I have to make a purchase. I said you’re telling me that no purchase necessary means I have to make a purchase. She said yes. I walked out and will not return. Either your staff is incompetent or you have deceitful coupons.
