I am very unhappy with the service I received from Bath and Body Works. I would not even give any star, but in order to leave comments it must be rated with at least one. I placed an order on 9/27/20 and kept receiving shipping notifications that it was processed and would be delivered. I called today to check the status only to be told that it was out of stock and they would just send a refund. I think that the lack of communication and transparency around orders is lackluster. It’s unfortunate that I will most likely not be placing anymore orders online.

Will never shop here again. HORRIBLE online service and the latest company to adopt “woke” policies. Get woke and go broke! I’ll never shop with this company again!

They canceled half my order which doubles the cost per item to ship it taking away a decent deal. Then their customer service has a completely terrible who gives a crap attitude. This is my last order ever for this company.

They advertise for buy one get one free candles, but don't necessarily have them in stock. Twice I have ordered items and they cancel them because they are back order at the warehouse they are shipping from. So they make you order something and you think you are getting a great deal only to find out your "free item" is cancelled. It's incredibly stupid as if you knew your item wasn't available, you would've picked something else. They won't let you replace the item that was cancelled for something else. What kind of a customer service is that? I had to go numerous times on the live chat to get refunded for the shipping costs as it is absolutely ridiculous to pay 10$ us of shipping fees for only one item when your other items were cancelled. This happened to me twice. Not going to shop on their website anymore.

Placed an order online . It was Birthday gift card I tried to order in week in advance. Received confirmation email. Two days latter received another email, informing me about cancelation of my order due to “suspicious activity “. Called CS, they said it was system malfunction and it fixed know, but advised not to place a new order. Guy on the phone for over 45min unsuccessfully tried to fix the problem. I placed another, that was asserted. Received another email Informing me Anait delay of delivery. It took them four days to process and ship. According to tracking records, it will be delivered Four days after the birthday it was first and last time I bought something from B & B works online.

I had recently ordered some items from b&b on 10/18 and was told that b/c of a glitch in their system I would either A) have to wait until Nov 21 to possibly get my items if, not I would receive a refund then, or B) cancel my items and receive a refund now. I contacted customer service to cancel my items, and instead of canceling it, they said because of the glitch I could get the items for free. Unfortunately, I seen that they charged my bank account again so I contacted customer service again and they told me that they could not honor their agreement and that the items have to be returned if I wanted the refund (thanks for trying though). I think b&b is a great business, unfortunately I will never again try and save time by ordering off the website, just in store purchases for me. And from what I have read, this is a COMMON occurrence.

Placed an order on 10/2/20, order confirmed then shipped within a few days. Still no order as of 10/27... contact B&BW to find out what was going on. They say UPS said it was undeliverable...hmmm...UPS delivers to my home quite frequently. Then I get told B&BW will resend my order. I ask for expedited shipping at their cost. Oh we don’t offer that but I can send you a coupon...Seriously? Why do I have to pay for shipping again and wait until who knows. First and last time ordering online. I usually go to the store but I refuse to stand in line to get into the store. I guess the female gift recipients in my family this year aren’t getting B&BW.

I had a few problems with my order but April fixed it for me and has everything getting shipped out to me. You guys are awesome and I love everything y'all have thank you all for being open and still bringing Great perfume and soap. Aprlis id number is 167097.
