I placed an order in 11/1 and received an email in 11/2 stating my items shipped. It is now 11/15 and I still do not have them and was told I cannot dispute it until 11/18. The order said shipped, but I haven’t received any updates. It is obviously lost. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Below another customer is having the exact experience I am. I have spent a lot of money with this company and am not happy.

I placed an order with your company. I waited for awhile, then got an email saying I had canceled the order, I did not. I called explained to them that I had not canceled the order, she said no it is on it's way. Again I waited, then I saw my checking account where I had been refunded the purchase minus the shipping. I did not cancel the order so I should have gotten a full refund. The girl said for my trouble she would send 20 gift card for me 10 for my daughter since it was a gift, never got them. So I called back the girl said it is on it's way again, never got it. Talk to a manager who kept saying sorry but how does that help me. Checked online item was still available so what happened? Very unhappy the manager offered to resend them at the price I paid. I believe she should have offered them to me for the price minus the 30 dollar gift cards I never got. I have been a long time customer so I asked to speak to corporate still waiting for that call. I will never do business there again and will throw out the 15 wallflowers I have in my home. This is not the first bad experience I have had with them and I can assure you I will never deal with them again. And corparate must not care because no phone call.

May have nice products but no direct on line ordering within Canada, which, in this day and time, is outrageous. If you try to order on line you get to the US website, where you are charged in US $ with added shipping costs. I tried to visit a store here and I’d say half the customers had their masks pulled down in order to smell products. When I mentioned this to a salesperson she just shrugged.

Do NOT buy online. I placed an order 11/2. It shipped the next day and was due between 11/05-11/12. Today is 11/13 I still don't have my package. It was supposedly here in my state NH on 11/6. Then it shipped to NJ on the 8th. It's still in limbo NO ONE can help me or refund me til 11/18.REALLY!!! I'm done with bath and body.

I was not happy with this locations service. They made me and my sister feel very uncomfortable while shopping. We were followed and stared at by all associates the whole time. We were told that we were not allowed to touch products meanwhile every other customer in the store was not told the same. After i was told not to touch the products all of the items we had previously touched had been picked up and removed from the sales floor.

their customer service is amazing and they were very helpful when i had difficulty with my return and they provided the best customer service I've encountered with online shopping i would definitely recommend shopping here!

So how many women went into their store and it says but 3 get 3 free ? Well I did and nothing is free ,they take 50% off the 3 other items so nothing is free,to me this is false advertising...I love there products but there is a catch to their free items ...pay attention ladies nothing was free

This is the 2nd year with major issues online shopping with this company. This month I ordered a set of 5 foaming hand soaps, 4 singles and 2 men's fragrance items (body wash and a spray). I had to demand the tracking number and delivery provider. The package arrived with a leaky soap and the the box the set was glued into was ruined. Had to wash everything. They sent replacements for the soaps. Today they arrive with a leaky, broken soap (same fragrance, btw) and half the soap leaked out in the box, everything soapy and ruined, labels all smeared, pkg slip soaked, shipping box soaked, delivered in a plastic bag. Their CSR said we will send a replacement soap for the broken one. I said what about the ruined set? She says you can just rinse those off. I said I don't need more damaged items from you. These are supposed to be gifts. She finally agreed to refund what I paid but this is an every day occurrence. I want their packing and shipping issues addressed and corrected. Customers should not have to waste time demanding tracking information and waiting on hold for a CSR so we can argue in order to get damaged orders replace and/or refunded, repeatedly for the same order! Until that happens I will order my soaps and fragrances from Goose Creek Candles. This is a shame...I have worn their fragrances for many years.
