Horrible! I ordered my soaps in November and was told I would have my package by 3rd Dec. Now They are telling me I won't have it until the 25th of Dec. The last time I ordered from their website was in the summer, I had a similar problem and I never received my parcel. So I rang them only to find out they had cancelled my shipment completely, not because of any fault of mine but because they did not have one of the items. I would've never known this if I never rang them up to find out why my order was taking so long. This time round I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me. Shoppers beware.

Placed an online order Dec 3rd, it's now December 20th and still haven't received my order. The tracking hasn't been updated since Dec 9th. 😐 They really need to get their act together!

Ordered 11/28/20. Shipped 12/4/20 supposedly. I contacted BBW 12/16/20 to check the status of my order. According to their tracking the order was 'lost'. They sent a replacement. Parts of the replacement order have been cancelled twice. Each time I have had to contact them for a refund for cancelled items. They should have also expressed shipped the replacement order but instead told me that it was sent express shipping but will still take 4-10 days. Shipping is not this delayed with other businesses right now. I tracked the original order because I was curious. Attempted delivery on 12/19/20. The shipping address is a business so it was closed on Saturday, 12/19. Instead of reattempting delivery on Monday, the order was returned to them. Christmas scented soaps and wallflowers will be extra special in January...that is if it ever arrives. haha

I have read so many bad reviews. Some saying they will never shop B&BW again. I hope next year you all stick to never shopping again at B&BW. I an guessing is not Covid that keeps your shipments from being delivered. It's the delivery company. They use Laser Ship which I am guessing they own. I loved B&BW but I am done ordering from them. One of my orders has been setting at Laser Ship since 14th of December. But they are to lazy to realise that my shipment has not moved in 7 days. Of all the times I called Customer Service, today I got the nicest Rep. The rest were nasty and blamed Covid for delay in shipments. I received 1 shipment by Laser Ship and the delivery person did not seem happy at all about delivering my shipment. Hope you all receive your shipments before Christmas.

Worst experience ever. Bad management, inaccurate info, unfulfilled promises and long wait times for customer service. Step 1: Ordered candles during Christmas sale. Order went through but 3 (free ones) out of the 6 were canceled within 24 hours (out of stock). Step 2: Replacement candles for the three missing mailed to wrong address. Step 3 : Re-replacement order placed on Dec 5th for 2 candles (the 3rd out of stock). Step 4: On Dec 16th, customer rep told me delivery was at doorstep. Incorrect info: candles never shipped. Step 5: I am still waiting for my refund. BTW all my orders from other stores were delivered in time for Christmas. So don't blame covid, snow storm for your lapses as you did on last call.

Obscene shipping costs and terrible shipping times for what you pay for shipping. Huge candle sale I ordered a number of candles and only got one as apparently between when I ordered and the 3 weeks it took to ship, they ran out of stock. I’d much prefer to get my stuff from Amazon.

They had their huge candle sale December 3rd. Got up extra early to make sure they didn’t run out online because I didn’t want to stand in the long lines waiting to buy them. The candles were supposedly ready for shipping on December 6th. It is December 19th and they still haven’t arrived. I guess if I would have stood in the long line, I’d have my candles in time for Christmas. Of course it’s oh I’m so sorry the candles haven’t arrived. And of course it’s because of COVID that they weren’t delivered on time. 2 weeks for candles!! Never again.

Use to love this store, HOWEVER, I will NEVER shop here again!!!! Bad online customer service waited on hold for over 45 min then lady put me on hold for another 15 min . Then she hung up on me ! PISSED OFF Customer! On top of all that $14 for a 8 oz bottle is RIDICULOUS!!
