There was A promotion going on for 2 free items when you purchase a candle so I purchased the candle and used the promo code. I received my candle but never received the 2 free gifts. I called customer service and I was told that I didnt use the promo code and there is nothing that they can do smh that was literally the only reason why I purchased the candle! I will never shop here again!

Love the store and products in general. However, I wouldn't recommend buying cream/lotion from there if you have allergies. The perfume is so strong it makes my nose burn when I inhale the scent, and sneeze non-stop. One of the worst things is that when I asked for one with less perfume, there was nothing with a lower perfume rate than the one I already had. The Perfume makes it smell good but also makes me and my nose super uncomfortable.

Very disappointed that I can no longer purchase Magic in the Air. This review is based solely on the fact that I found a fragrance that I loved and they completely pulled it from their line. What would happen if other designers did that with their fragrances? Some of us find fragrances that work for us and stick with that particular fragrance so what’s the issue with keeping a small stock available? Honestly I every time I purchased Magic I always purchased other items. This isn’t the first time that this has happened to me during my years of doing business with bath and body but it will be the last because I’m done. I’ve never had a bad experience via any of my shopping methods with the employees so I will give a couple stars for that matter.

I purchaced $234.00 worth of products, most of them the wallflower plug ins , the first day was amazing, after that nothing, pure nothing. I am so dissatisfied with this, what a waste of money! I love their lotions and candles but come on if you sell a product make sure it's going to last and hold up please!

Online ordering is a JOKE! You can't ever use the 20% off sent in the mail. Furthermore, prices have skyrocketed and the scent is sparse! What happened? I loved BBW for years! Price was on point, the scents were amazing and no problem using coupons sent to you! The only thing I continue to buy is hand soap $7.50 ea huh? So I buy during sale and in store will take my 20% off coupon. This is ONLY because my Autistic son won't use ANY OTHER HAND SOAP! Parents of an Autistic child will totally "understand me" on this one. I emailed the company regarding why I can't use my coupon online. NO RESPONSE! Very very disappointed! I once LOVED BBW! Downhill just like Victoria Secret!

I’m having to give a rating so I will give a 1 but it deserves nothing. I’ve tried to download the app and sign up for rewards for Dallas TX area. It told me they don’t give out rewards for Texas and it’s only for selected cities they choose. It appears to me it’s a discriminatory company. If you sell the same product why are you choosing who gets discounts and when? I will not spend a penny with your company anymore. I wish every company that wants to play games and only help who you want to help and screw the Marjorie that actually keeps your company in business would truly start boycotting and banning all your products until you are on a real consumer understanding. What a joke!
