I placed an order on November 26, waited for for 3 weeks to get order. Never got order. Called customer service & 3 of my items were out of stock. Cancelled one item switched 2. There were expediting the order, then I get an email after saying more then half my items are out of stock. Called customer service & can’t get a hold of anyone. I won’t be ordering anymore if they continue using LSO.

I have never once had bad customer service through bath and body works. I now order everything online due to not having to deal with big crowds and there were a couple times where something needed to be corrected or change with my order and the customer service rep on the phone did not hesitate and helped me right away. In fact they went above and beyond every time. Bath & body works is my new favorite fragrance store 😊

Prepared an online order for 19 products - all on sale. Placed the order and never got a confirmation email. Got sent an email that I left something in my cart - the order NEVER went through!! NOW they say they won't honor the sale price. Waiting for a manager to call. You are NOT the only store to sell soap!! I will NEVER make another purchase if you DO NOT FIX THIS!

I received a shipment of wall flower refills that were just thrown into a box and shipped. Needless to say, some were broken because they weren't packed in the little trays that keep them from banging around. I called them and got the entire shipment replaced only to have that one come the same way. If this is all the more care bath and body works treats their products, I don't believe I trust them to serve me appropriately. I'm severely saddened by this neglect!

i recently started shopping at Bath and Body Works and I've become a regular shopper, I first went to the one in Yonkers NY and the service was EXCELLENT. I then went to the one in Baychester Plaza which is closer to where I live, and I've been shopping there ever since. From the moment you step in the store, to shopping, to exiting, it was a great experience. The workers are VERY courteous, attentive, helpful and pleasant. I especially remembered Tia and Mattie, they really made the shopping experience a GREAT one. They even remembered me from previous visits. I am very IMPRESSED and they are representing Bath and Body Works well, I always look forward to going there to shop.

Got in early on candle sale, placed order quickly, transaction completed successfully. Two weeks later, get message saying half my order had shipped, while the other half was cancelled. I will never ship at this company online again!!!

Shopping online is a joke at Bath and Body Works. The sale was buy 2 get 2 free. After placing the order they canceled over half the order. Then I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for over an hour at which time they told me they couldn’t cancel the rest of the order which left me paying full price for odd items. Their customer service rep was rude. What a joke! Never order online from them!

They ship your stuff fairly quickly in secure packaging. Unfortunately, their products do still get busted/leak sometimes. I also find I must be very careful due to skin sensitivities when using them. I can only use the body wash and lotion on my hands.
