Horrible! Horrible! Horrific experience with this company! If I could I would have stuck to other companies! I ordered a few products at once to be forwarded by a shipping company. Bath & Body Works shipped just one of the products separately. Upon receiving it the shipping company shipped the single product and is now withholding all other products from the same order coz they're charging fees and tax per product. I had no idea that an entire company can display the level of incompetency Bath & Body Works has! It would have easily been solved had Bath & Body Works contacted the shipping company and informed them of their mistake, but due to its lazy work ethic it didn't. I will have the entire order shipped back to the company no matter what it costs and NEVER, EVER order from Bath & Body Works again! Reading the reviews below mine it's clear that one is very fortunate if they send anything at all! If I could give Bath & Body Works zero stars I would do so without hesitation!

Never seem to have the item I am looking for in stock at store. So if I want the item have to pay shipping so they make more money.

One of my orders for $40 never arrived. I contacted them twice within 90 days for a refund but they refused. Then I contacted them again and they say I had to do so within 90 days for a refund. I showed them proof that I did contact them within 90 days and they still refused to give me the refund. I will not be shopping with them anymore. They could have at least given me a credit. All they ever offered me was 20% off and free shipping on an order over $50.

THIEVES Spent over $2,000 with these people, they didn't ship a number of items totalling around $300 from the order. REFUSED to replace or refund ANY of the missing items, told me it's not their fault!!!!!! LAST time I order from them, hope you enjoyed my money while it lasted you thieves. My advice for you, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS.

Items were not delivered on time and the customer service reps were no help I kept asking for a supervisor only to be disconnected I will no longer shop with them

I don't normally write negative reviews but i was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I placed 2 orders during one of their sales and 3 of the items i received were incorrect. I let the customer service know and was told they would look into it and get back to me within 2 business days or when they had an answer. I didn't get any answers and this pattern of me asking if there were any updates and being told they would get back to me in a few days continued. On a positive note the Customer Service team was always friendly and i would usually get a response back very quickly unfortunately i just kept being told to wait. I eventually had to start a formal complaint with Fair Trading and just before they got involved i was informed that the items i ordered were no longer in stock and that i would receive a refund. After numerous emails and a lot of stress i finally got my refund almost 2 months later!

I have been a regular customer at the Bath and Body Works store in Aberdeen Mall , Kamloops since August 2021. The store manager Kim the assistant manager Marcus and every single staff member they have in that store have not only been incredibly helpful every time I go there which is a lot , they are always friendly , knowledgeable , incredibly accommodating and always make you well welcome. If you are on the hunt for for any sort of gift that's candles , room sprays , fragrance..ETC for yourself or anyone else , I highly recommend talking to the staff at Aberdeen Mall in Kamloops.

Online ordering is a mess. Items are sold online that are not even in stock. Items are delivered after the promised delivery time. Undelivered items are not refunded. They should be credited back to your card as soon as they know there is a problem. Instead it is up to the customer to chase them up. 6 weeks later after promising me a refund, I still have no refund. They must be making a fortune off keeping other peoples money.
