I been shopping at BBW for almost 10 years now. I decided to shop at the Arlington Highlands store since the area is nice and I just enjoy the scenery. I’ve visited the store lots of times and I’m always indecisive and this young beautiful young lady name Cabrini ask me if I needed help now remind you others had seen me and never ask to help me they just stood there looking at their phone texting & seemed like they didn’t want to do the job they’re paid to do! Very unprofessional which had me a bit irritated. Cabrini was so pleasant & reassured me that I’d find exactly what I needed she was so knowledgeable and knew her stuff she explained in detail of each product in/out. When I tell you Cabrini was thorough I mean she didn’t skip a beat. Her voice was pleasant and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. Now that was great customer service and I mentioned to her how awesome she is & as a customer we look for that. We know their jobs can be tough and challenging from day to day. Cabrini mentioned she loves what she do and to help her customer’s and her name represents BBW That says a lot about her character, dedication & loyalty she has for BBW. You cannot ask for nothing & I want to say THANK YOU CABRINI for all that you do and your hard work is not going unnoticed to your customers. We see you and wish their were more like you in the industry. You are dedicated to BBW and they need to recognize what they have in YOU instead of overlooking you for the ones that’s only there to collect a paycheck. You’re passionate, kind, courteous & knowledgeable of all the products In there and hard working. I was very pleased with you and I will refer all my friends, coworkers & family members to visit you at your store I know they’ll receive exceptional customer service. Thank you again CABRINI YOU ROCK!!

I suggest if you like their products, DO NOT BUY ON LINE! I won't bore you with the details but my experience using a gift card has been ridiculous. If the company is out of the certain products they should take them off the website. They wait until the end after you've given them all the information needed and then tell you the products are unavailable. How aggravating!! Just go to the mall if you really want their products.

I've never had the issues with this company as I had this year. Missing products, late deliveries, and cancelled items on the date of delivery. But, today was the final one. I had placed an order in early December, and it was delivered in mid Dec. Today I received an email from BBW and it was the duplicate order I'd already received. I didn't think much of it. Checked my bank acct, and I received a random charge from BBW in the exact same amount from the order I had placed a month ago, and the email I had received today. As it hasn't gone through yet, I can't dispute it from my bank, but I also can't access the funds, and their rep pretty much said it could take up to 30 days for the error to be resolved. So I'm pretty much out $100+ dollars because they literally stole it from me. Will never use this company again. Awful.

Same complaint as everyone else. They list the products as being available, but when you check out its not available. Then I call to complain and they now have the item I think Better Business Bureau should be contacted, as this is definitely FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You wasted my precious time letting me go through and place the order and when checking out its not available. I will not shop at Bath and Body anymore which is a shame because I would get a lot of Christmas gifts there. But I can longer support a company with such poor ordering.

I love everything about this store & it smells so good

I ordered from Bath & Body Works in November, at the time they had this great deal on for body mists, so I thought I would order some for christmas presents. They stated on their website that their trusted courier service is AUSTRALIA POST. My order came up to about $120, and I still paid shipping fees. I then found out once my order was shipped, they used COURIERPLEASE. It is now January, and I have received an email from Courier Please stating they have lost my parcel - which basically means someone has stolen it, as it was in Perth in NOVEMBER. I then went to go email Bath & Body Works to enquire about a refund, to find they have had their email provider, block my email address. This company is a disgrace, I advise you do not order from them, as they are more than happy to take people's money.

Uh ok. Just spent 2 days trying to order. It’s such a horrible experience, NEVER again. And trying to use Apple Pay…forget about it. It’s like that company actively hates you and doesn’t WANT you to buy anything.😬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

VERY DISSAPOINTED IN TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE! HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY WHEN YOU CAN'T ORDER ONLINE DUE TO ITEM SHOWING UP AS AVAILABLE AND AT CHECKOUT IT ISN'T AND YOU GO BACK TO FIX ONLY TO GET A DIFFERENT RESULT FROM THE ORIGINAL. SPENDING TIME TO ORDER IS ONE THING BUT WASTING YOUR TIME IS SOMETHING ELSE.
