Your order was delivered within 10 business days, which falls within the 7-10 business day delivery timeframe clearly stated on our website and order confirmation emails. At no stage did our team intentionally mislead you regarding shipping timelines. We have also carefully reviewed all communication records and could not locate any return request submitted to our support team. We offer a 30-day return policy, and U.S. customers are able to return eligible items domestically through our California return facility - not overseas as stated in your review. Additionally, while we understand frustration can happen, our team remained professional and transparent throughout all communication despite multiple aggressive interactions directed toward staff.
