Placed an order for a clock that my son wanted for his birthday. Said shipping was 5-8 day. However, it did take 15 days due to warehouse inventory. I emailed twice asking for status. I was then contacted immediately regarding my concerns. Since then I have been in daily communication with Henry to resolve my concerns. He explained the delay was do to warehouse inventory and did everything in his power to insure I was happy with my order. My son loves the clock and has since installed it in his house.

Great company to deal with, kept me updated through the whole process. Would definitely recommend Baskoraa as a five star company

Update - the customer service team were brilliant and gave me a goodwill partial refund because the light wasn't as specified - so very happy Would buy again from them. The chandelier is lovely and arrived on time, but the overall experience was frustrating. I hadn't realised the item would be shipped directly from China, and when I queried discrepancies it often took days to get answers back from the warehouse. The light I received wasn't as specified on the website. I was told to assemble it first, but even after doing so it still didn't match the advertised specification. The instructions also didn't match the product, making assembly much more difficult than it should have been. My main issue is that the large version advertised as having 16 bulbs actually arrived with only 12, and it appears smaller than stated. Customer service has been polite but slow, and I'm still waiting for an explanation. A beautiful light, but poor communication and a lack of accountability let the experience down.

I don’t usually leave a review but I always look at the reviews and find them to be helpful. I am so happy with the service and product that I hope this review will be helpful to someone else. I had a bad experience with another supplier that had great images but the product was nothing like what I ordered so I was quite nervous to order these ceiling fans (Aeriwood light Ceiling Fan). I emailed them and asked for actual images of the product out of the box and Henry was so helpful in sending the images that I asked for. They looked good so I went for it and couldn’t be happier with the product. They look great and the quality is better than expected.

The support was able to reroute my package after I made a mistake specifying the shipping address while the package was already in transit! Top notch service.

I am really happy with the fan/ light I purchased from Baskoraa its just what I wanted and exactly as described on the web page , we had a few problems with shipping but Henry from customer service was very helpful and rectified the problem and I then received my order in a timely manner..customer service 10/10 excellent, product just as ordered and a really good price , definitely worth the short wait .. would order again from this company if I ever need another light/fan ..Thanks..
