Hi Arlene, Thank you so much for taking the time to write this — it genuinely means a lot. I know that situation wasn’t straightforward, especially with the return getting held up in customs, so I really appreciate your patience throughout. In hindsight, for a situation like this, we would have arranged the return back to our U.S. warehouse to avoid that kind of delay — but I’m really glad we were able to step in and resolve everything smoothly and promptly for you in the end. Your kind words about the team truly mean a great deal. It was a pleasure dealing with you, and we’d be more than happy to help again anytime. Thank you again, Arlene — very much appreciated. Kind regards, Baskoraa.

I’m so glad to hear you love the lamps — that’s the most important part in the end! Best regards, Henry.
