You need to expand what your system offers. 1. Get FAX capability ASAP. I still need to fax occasionally, and the BasicTalk inability to fax is a problem. 2. Get incoming call blocks set up. This is just the relative beginning of the election season, and I'm averaging 4-5 calls a day that I don't want. Yes, I am registered with the do not call list, but political and research firms are exempt, so the phone still rings. Feel free to add $2-3$ to my monthly bill when you get these capabilities running, it would be worth it.

My phone service is great for our needs and only sorry I did not change sooner.

I have Basic Talk and I'll tell you it sure beats the high cost of a land line through the phone company. I dropped my reg. phone and went with basic Talk and I saved like $60.00 a month. And I don't talk to many people so I didn't like the high price. So if you like to save then switch. Thank You Basic Talk for the great service

I love basic talk. Never had zny issues at all. Sound quality is good. Voice mail works great.

Basic Talk is wonderful, great phone service and it top their competition. Basic talk is here to stay.

Awesome, great deal all-in-one phone features and no separate fees for long distance calls. Love it and convenient to make payments. No hassle. Works great with my corded or cordless phones. I had some static at first but after reading the troubleshooting it is gone.
