I have Basic Talk and so happy with it. I have all the extra's and at a very good price. My family lives away from me and I can talk to them everyday. I can't afford any of the other phones,not even cell phones. This is a life saver for me. Thank You. Elaine Underwood

I phoned Basic Talk, emailed and still I have this loud clicking noise when I am on the phone. The clicking is so loud that I am often asked, "what is that?" I have phoned customer service and have been told that there is no one that I can speak to in technical support. I have emailed technical support and followed their basic suggestions. I have sent additional emails and not gotten a reply. WHAT A JOKE THIS BASIC TALK TURNED OUT TO BE!!!!!!!

As a pastor my phone is a lifeline for myself and my congregation. I have tried many different options for my home phone service. I have never been happier or more totally satisfied with anything than I am with Basictalk. The service is exceptional the price is beyond compare. I have never had a single complaint.

At first I was unsure what kind of sound quality I would receive for the low monthly cost of Basic Talk. I must say I was very suprised at how good the sound is, For as often as we use our home phone, I felt we were over paying for big name phone service, for fewer services than we get with Basic Talk. I have No regrets trying this service and I would recommend Basic Talk to anyone who has internet service in their home.

I tell everyone it works great and is cheap tell them to go to the website and to buy i said install it keep your phone number. With my handicap husband I need a home phone and this is great for us. And I got a tee shirt from you guys for my comments about the service Thank you Vicki

Rock-solid performance. Great price. Even if you have the slowest speed cable or DSL, you should get up to 3000 minutes of crystal clear phone calls a month for $9.99 plus a buck or two in taxes. No-frills, but you do get caller ID, voicemail, and online call history.
