I LOVE their service. I used it in the past (many years ago). I receny relocated and needed a land line. Luckily I found the box (I don't throw away anything) and reactivated service. It's inexpensive, you are able to change your number quickly without a charge and now they included hold music.

I have been using Basic Talk for years now, I never have a problem, never! The connection is good, the service is excellent. If there is a fault with it I have yet to find it.

I decided I didn't want to deal with the major companies anymore because they charge a fortune for "nothing". We rarely use our home phone, but needed to have one "just in case". I have been extremely pleased with Basic Talk and I tell everyone they should give it a try!!

My family's used Basic Talk for our home phone service for almost a year now and we love it! It was very simple to set up and use and is extremely reliable. The only suggestion I have would be to add the ability to use my Basic Talk line as a fax line. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing!

I have had Basic Talk service for 6 months and must say it has exceeded my expectations. I have had no problems and voice quality has been as good as it was with my previous landline service. I was even able to hook up 6 phones by using a 2-way splitter to connect to my existing in-house phone wiring and to a base phone located in the same room as the Basic Talk box. Also, I am able to send and receive faxes. So, even though Basic Talk doesn’t recommend more than 5 phones or support fax, 6 phones and fax have worked fine for me. The only feature I miss from my old landline service is three-way calling which was a nice option, but not a deal breaker.

i am home about 98% of the time. I took my cell # that I had for years and changed it to my Basic Talk home phone. The rep was excellent in guiding me through everything. I now pay $10 @ month where I was paying $70. The installation, clarity and customer service COULD NOT be any better

I was tired of paying for a home phone that I barely used, but didn't like the idea of not having a home phone since we still have children at home. Basic talk was the prefect solution for us. At $10/month I was able to still have a home phone without a big landline bill. Important Note: Basic Talk will NOT work if your power is out our your internet is down.

You should go with basic talk cause you get everything you want and for very cheap. $11.00 dollars a month gets you all the service you need, instead of paying ridiculous prices. I would recommend this plan for everybody, it's great i love it!!!!
