BEWARE: The service provider over the nine…
The service provider over the nine years was alright. But I had to cancel because of moving with my daughter out of state. They had just deducted a payment on the 25th for the next month. I advised I wanted the service canceled that day on the 3rd of the month. Only after she canceled was I told I would not get a refund. When I ask to speak with someone else she put me on hold and when she came back she said she would give me $8.00. Mind you the bill was $16.47 per month and I was only seven days into the new billing cycle. The only reason I got it was because I told her I was going to tell people to run from this company. I think it is ethical unfair for a company to not give you a refund for service you are no longer need or able to use.
