I’ve had two order dispatched and diPite Barton watch band taking my money on the 6th October I’ve still not got my product on the 14th December. I’ve contacted them for a refund and as yet no reply. If your an international cumstmercdomt buy from them

I was really impressed. With COVID and transportation issues my initial order was almost a month in waiting, but when i raised this with Barton they instantly (no qualms) placed a new order vbia DHL Express to me and it was here within a week. Given all the issues with supply chains, and hard times in general this prompt no questions service was really appreciated. Big thank you

I'm not sure about the extremely negative reviews here, they don't seem to be fully honest. I bought two straps from them. Both had great quality, especially impressed with their silicone strap. One of the straps had an incorrect size which i showed to them. They were so quick to reply and send another one, express shipped which is definetely respectable! Would order again, though if you are buying international i would suggest paying a bit extra for the faster shipping options.

Two of the four bands I ordered broke in different ways. When I emailed Barton, they didn't reply. When I called, they didn't answer the phone. I can only conclude that the "1-year guarantee" they claim to offer is a lie. Really just astonishingly bad behavior.

Barton lists quantity discounts on its website. Problem is, they don't work. Barton guarantees a response within two business days to all customer service inquiries. They actually never respond. Barton also guarantees satisfaction, but good luck getting any help from the company. Barton illegally collects email addresses for marketing purposes without ever getting permission to do so. The watch bands themselves are junky.

TERRIBLE customer service and shipping times.I paid for Priority shipping and it still took close to a week before they shipped my order. When I called and spoke to someone about it...he was very RUDE. I asked if it's going to take this long to ship the order...what's the purpose of paying for Priority shipping? he said that Priority shipping does not means it will ship any faster. Really? then why is that an option and why I was charged 7.88 for Priority shipping. I will never do business with them again. And I advise buyers to look for watch bands some other place. Stay away from Barton!

A company with good products absolutely let down by their appalling customer service. If you have any negative feedback or any sort of issue with your straps they actively ignore you and in my case they insult you first.

I love my watch bands! A HUGE Thank you to the team at Barton Watch Bands who helped sort out a lost/heavily delayed parcel. If you're doubting the quality of service or the watch bands at all, I can honestly tell you that you won't find better! In my opinion, they're better than samsung original watch bands! The leather and the rubber! I'll definitely be ordering again soon!!!!
