I recently ordered several watch straps from Barton to Switzerland. Unfortunately, an error in the customs declaration resulted in unexpected import charges. I contacted their customer support, and they were extremely professional and helpful. They acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and promptly arranged a refund without any hassle. Mistakes can happen, but the way a company handles them says a lot. Barton has definitely earned my trust, and I'll happily order from them again. Highly recommended!

Customer service was terrific! Quick response and watch band was mailed quickly. One side of band was damaged and they credited me back immediately and said I didn't need to mail the band back to them. Thank you, Barton Watch Bands. I will shop with you again.
