Barton Watch BandsReviews of bartonwatchbands.com

Great Experience with my purchase. I live in the San Francisco bay area and I actually got my bands very quickly. I ordered a NATO strap, a leather band, and some quick release bolts (I think you call them bolts). Anyway, the bands are terrific quality as well as the bolts. I rated them a 4 out of 5 because a company needs to completely surpass my expectations to get a 5. They didn't but they did a great job. I'm super happy with my purchase and will buy from them again.

I ordered 2 bands which I got after 3 weeks. You can decide when you want it delivered. Ofcourse you have to pay tax when delivered in Europe but it's stil cheap and a good product

Customer service on delivery query was answered and was very reasonable. Silicon strap was easy to fit. Design is great!

Bought something from them in November and I never received it. It was mailed, but I never received it...

5 weeks delivery and £13 customs charge for £30 watch strap. This charge is buried in their T&Cs. Won't buy again as quality of leather is poor.

Surprised to see negative comments on customer service. I ordered silicon strap in September but by late October it hadn't arrived. I allowed this time due to COVID and as I am in the UK. I emailed and had an immediate response saying a new strap would be despatched via courier. I received it 5 days later. Excellent product. Easy to fit, great quality and value. I am delighted.

The first strap I received from them started to come apart within a week of wearing. I contacted them for assistance with it, and was told they were aware of faults with the model, and would send out a replacement. That was over 4 months ago now and still no sign of a replacement. Subpar product and awful customer service

I ordered a band in August and hadn’t heard about my delivery until end of September; when I asked for an update. Very communicative at this moment and asked me to wait until October 22nd as that’s when it’ll be more than 30 working days since the parcel left America. I did and sent them a chaser the next day. No response. No response to my several emails. Very poor service and not having a Customer Service partner to take the ownership is the worst Customer satisfaction to provide.
