Very disappointed. Delivery took more than 3 weeks, quite long in 2022 even though it has to cross the ocean. I got taxed at arrival for 33% of the total value (You could offer to pay the taxes upfront, in order to avoid displeasing surprises like that at arrival). I ordered a leather strap, and a silicone strap. Great quality on the leather strap, which is expected at this price point (around 34 euros with taxes), but the "elite" silicone strap is very soft, too soft. And their crimson red is way way clearer than on their website, I expected a beautiful deep bordeaux-ish red, and got a clear red band, which is useless for me as this color doesn't go well at all with my watch and gives it a toy-like look. Very bad value for a 24 euros (!) silicone strap. I probably won't be ordering from them anymore.

Great website, awful delivery, if ever of goods. Put in an order and when it had not been delivered or any communication to notify me of any delays to delivery sent an email to enquire. Was notified that delivery could be up to 22 working days. Understandable, at a push. We are now 30 working days since ordering and no update has been instigated by Barton Watches. Can only assume that management are not as focused on customer care as they are on getting orders in that may never be fulfilled. Patience and good will are starting to run thin and the thought that there may be a "Scam" is seeming a more plausible explanation.

Like others I checked them out before ordering and had a shipping issue that was dealt with. Fit and function are what I would expect. However the canvas band has faded in a very irregular way. I contacted CS and their reply "We'll pass your feedback onto our product development team and it may be something we look into in the future" makes no sense and doesn't answer if this is normal. The watch is worn irregularly and the band is a year old. Stored in a case when not worn.

Totally impressed and thrilled with this company. First time purchase of a new watch band. The band was too small. I called company for refund. They issued a refund within 5 minutes and told me not to mail back the strap but keep it or give it to a friend. My friend is happy with his new strap. IMPRESSIVE COMPANY!

I've ordered several watchbands from Barton and have been satisfied with the quality. HOWEVER, if you run into a problem (like not receiving an order in the estimated 2-7 day for standard delivery) LOOK OUT. The company is TOTALLY non-responsive. They do not reply to emails seeking assistance and calls to the only published customer service number Barton provides, go to an offshore call center in the Philippines who, in addition to being rude, simply tell you they will "open a ticket". But days later I have yet to receive a response or assistance from anyone.

The colour wears out with very little use. They don't seem to respond to contact attempts to ask if this is usual. It's been many weeks now. For a more premium advertised and priced band they don't seem amazing. Better off buying anything else really and save yourself some money.

I dont know what to think about the company. Before I ordered I read alot of positive comments and I felt safe to order from them. Two days after payment and order was done I got an email that the package is on its way. Now three weeks after that mail UPS have not even picked the package up at their place, no updates or anything. No respond from customerservice at all. Not satified
