Great buy! I have a smartwatch, where the original band broke - I bought a new one at Barton Watch Bands at a very fair price. After almost a year of wearing it everyday, the keeper loop, that keeps the excessive band from "flapping" broke - I wrote to their customer service, asking if I could buy only the ring, instead of buying a whole new watch band - They responded after 1 day, and said that they sen't me a new set! Great service, great product.

First time order, I ordered the quick release black leather strap for my galaxy smart watch, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing quality and overall feel when it arrived. I've purchased replacement straps for my other watches previously from various retailers but they were no where near this quality. Couple of weeks into wearing the new strap, I noticed the stitching start to unravel slightly on the shoulder of the strap. I fired a quick email off to Barton Watch Bands with a picture showing the defect not really expecting much in terms of a response but literally within hours I got a reply saying a replacement strap was on its way to me... Wow! This is a company which knows how to stand by its products and the claims it makes about them, Barton Watch Bands is the only company I'm turning to for replacement watch straps from now on. I work as an Auditor for ISO quality management systems and I'll surely be using this experience as a fine example of how to live up to claims made about the quality of a product and service in my training sessions.

Amazing bands, the canvas ones are very comfortable. Swapped out my Garmin Vivoactive 4 band for something more light and comfortable. The canvas bands don’t disappoint.
