Not a good place I was told my puppy was past due her third puppy shots from a pet supermarket I had gone to and insisted I get all renewed shots again. I came in for an itch problem which was going to be $70 for shot and $40 to walk in since I had come a few months before for the same thing but only payed the $70. I was upset with prices already Now my husband who went this time thought it would be good to get her all caught up They said $400.00 but asked if we would want the active dog plan We consented even though I was already upset we were agreeing to this. I came in for itching is all! So they gave us a $686.00. Price We left I was shaken a bit because of the feeling of being taken advantage of. Well got home and called to conceal the yearly plan When I did the written papers I just had signed said i would get back only like $50 back because the way they wrote it up . Then I asked about getting rabbi shot or even fixed and that would be a charge of $300 more when she is past her first cycle. I am up set This is a rip off I am doing my part to get justice. I have other pets and I found my humane society here in Palm City Fl can do her rabbi shot Get her fixed and give her a chip with my address for only $100 I was so thankful and blessed The humane society cares about our precious pets. Banfield does not.

I go to the Banfield on Kingsbury Road in Chicago, IL and I give it nothing but flying colors. The veterinarians are so nice and caring and they help answer all questions I have. I highly recommend them and their affordable dog insurance plans!

This is for the spring hill fl banfield HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Jessica is rude and disrespectful they don't care about your pets they only care about selling their plan or other highly priced services and medications even the vets themselves so sad that they went to school to help animals and end up working for a company that doesnt really care about uour pet only their bottom line maybe thats why they are,so rude. When my 2 pets 1st began there it seemed great good customer service same vets made you feel welcome now if you can actually get an appt they rush you in and out unless of course you want to spend more money. Find a real vet that cares dont waste your money coming hear

Highway robbery stay clear of them and their wellness plan they promise you the world and keep hitting your pocket book they say you csn bring you pet in anytime not true have been blown off many times not able to be seen they say you can cancel at anytime sure as long as you pay a years worth of ripp off payments they dont care about your pets only money i definity do not recommend then or their wellness plan my experience has been with the one in spring hill fl

I have used this program for 20 years. In the past when a pet died, the plan was just canceled. When Taffy died, they want me to pay at least 5 months worth of premium to satisfy her care. We have canceled our program, but have to pay until until Spring of 2020 to be out of the program. We are finding a more flexible type of insurance. We also believe that the hospital screwed up our cat's spay and neuter surgery. We have some very uncompassionate care from some of the doctors. Sine doctors have been just fine. It just seems over the 20 years of using Banfield, they have placed more importance on money and not service.

They constantly overcharge you even with the 76 dollars membership they want money for meds xrays.they made my cat sick by not giving her the righr meds because they wanted to do dental work which is big bucks.they told me 400 for xrays.after you close your membership you still have to pay for what they call what you owe.if you dont pay it they put you in bad credit.so i have to pay for 5 more months

Whatever you do don't call this location and make an appointment either make it online or go in in person because they will change your appointment time and then swear they told you a different time when you arrive. Then talk to you like you're a liar because they won't admit they were wrong.

Their only concern is money. They overcharge for a plan that doesn't include much of anything. I dont recomend them at all. They miss inform you to get into the plan and when you want to cancel they charge you extra telling you that you only had 4 days to cancel something they dont inform you when your opening the plan. When you call they dont answer or say they will call you back just to wait until those 4 days are up. Conveniently they never show your phone calls.????. Dont recomend their plans there are others a lot cheaper for and better care.
