I've been taking my buddy to them for over year. I dropped him off today for his physical and shots. I was very pleased at the service from the time I walked in the door. These hard workers are very kind. My pet is happy. Thanks Sc.

Do not go to this place & allow a group of clowns to touch your pet !! If I could give a negative review, I would. Banfield is full of non-educated employees. However Banfield charges overpriced fees for anything & everything. They are not interested in compassionate, skilled pet care, solely interested in making money. Every time my pet is seen, they will charge an examination fee of $47 ! I wouldn’t be upset about this if they actually did a physical exam. Sad thing is, they barely touched my dog, acted as if they were afraid of her, & didn’t do anything more thorough than basically looking at her. I asked for 1 application of First Shield Trio so my dog would have some protection from ticks & the tech told me that that product does not have tick protection. She admitted being wrong after I told her that the package says it does have tick protection. This was the second time I’ve tried using Banfield, at 2 different locations, I will NOT be giving them any more of my money. Horrible place & experience.

Corporate Representatives lack any diplomacy! This is the first time I have ever written a negative review about any company. I was a victim of identity theft and I had to change all my banking, credit cards, the whole nine yards, I called the vet where I take my dog and let them know and they said I can log in to check my account. I signed up and logged in but it was past the payment due date and they charged me a $20.00 late fee (during these already hard times!). I called their corporate division located at in Vancouver, WA 98683 Phone: 866-894-7927 and asked them if they could waive it and I must say, their representative in billing named Melissa was very condescending, letting me know that there was absolutely no way they could waive it because they had to re-process everything (whatever that means). Although I love the Monroe hospital where I take my dog, I do not choose to deal with a company who's corporate office lacks the common sense to treat every client with diplomacy and common courtesy. Also, I feel that they could have waived that fee. That $20.00 was a lot for me to lose at a time that we are forced to stay at home and not allowed to even work. I guess they are such a huge company that I am irrelevant. UPDATE today 5/20/20: Well, I called again and they have given me my $20.00 back which is great! This could happen to anybody, especially now when these hackers are in overdrive and it is good to know that Banfield (someone other than Melissa) understands and was willing to assist during these very difficult times. Hopefully, they will re-train Melissa in regards to her demeanor and lack of diplomacy when interacting with the clients of the company she represents.

Not very good experiences as they displayed no knowledge on the requirement of a specific shot that was needed for boarding. I called the place we were boarding and they clarified this. The doctor was useless and completely rude during the entire visit. This business needs to retrain all employees and managers as they are bottom-line completely rude to consumers and lack proper knowledge. The office is located in Jacksonville North Carolina.

Worst place ever! I've had my dog ace on their wellness plan for over 2 years now. I missed some of the treatments he was supposed to get at the end of his second year but now because he's started his third year he doesn't get those services now nor do I get any type of compensation for it even though I paid a monthly bill to get those services. That's the same thing as theft! They're now getting free money from me for services that they didn't provide AND they renew your contract without any permission because that's what you signed up for. These guys are crooks and to top it all off they never even could fix the yeast infection in my dogs ear. These guys suck at their job and they're thieves.

Horrible, don’t waste your time and money with this clowns.

I have been using Banfield for 3 years now and I truly regret it! First their customer service is inconsistent. You have to hope you receive good service. Their doctors really don’t give you accurate information. Anytime I bring my dogs in with a concern, the answer is , they may have this... they may have that... When I leave the clinic, I have no sense of peace of mind. I have decided to just treat any minor issues at home. It is not worth going to the clinic. I am planning to cancel my plan after I complete there one year contract. I’m done with Banfield! There is more to the story but long story short. The $95 I am paying a month for both of my dogs is not worth it!
