After calling in MAY and being INCREDIBLY CLEAR that their services were sub-par and I never wanted to work with them again AND to put me on DNC...I got a call from these people again today. I went through the entire song and dance back then too, they saw my review, they contacted me to attempt to find a resolution and I was clear that no, I didnt need their services ever again but this could be an amicable breakup. Apparently not. I'm contacting the BBB, the FCC (for TCPA violation), and I'm gonna start a legal dispute. I urge you, if you are thinking about getting your pet's health covered to SKIP THIS BUSINESS.

I started paying $30.00 a month for the Banfield Wellness plan and now they charge me $86.00 a month. My little dog is going to die because anywhere, any location in this city (I've called many) can see my poor sick baby. They said to go to the emergency room, we don't have a veterinarian available.' 🤷‍♀️

LOL set up an appointment online for the FREE exam...The call me the week of the appointment to say the appointment I scheduled cannot be honored due to doctor being out of office. They offer to reschedule for a time when the free exam coupon has EXPIRED!!! I was skeptical when I saw the offer of a free exam and now I see I was correct. LOL petsmart...just lost a customer forever.

My dog Lisa was ON HER DEATH BED! My eyes were wet with tears and I could barely hold myself together. We RUSHED her to the ocean Banfield location because we didn’t know where to go. This nice women in the front took Lisa back. The doctors were very nice in assuring us that Lisa only had BAD GAS. My beautiful girl only had to fart. FART. I was so ashamed but they took amazing care of Lisa and assured me it was a common occurrence. THANK YOU BANFIELD FOR SAVING LISA!

Customer BEWARE!! Banfield and their Optimum Wellness Plan was the poorest decision we made for our dog. Our dog ate something that was toxic, I called Banfield for advice on what to watch for, signs of toxicity. I was told that they couldn't give me advice over the phone (they couldn't see my dog that day)....this was the FIRST incident. Another incident involved getting a prescription for a medication that the vet told us we could obtain from them. Long story short, going to Banfield was a total regret. I am a retired RN of over 30+ years. Their quality of care/customer service is extremely POOR. We just found a private practice vet - but now Banfield says that we still owe them for the rest of the year for their Wellness Plan, which means that even though they have extremely poor customer service, you're stuck paying for and using their services for a year, no matter how they treat you. Just a heads up to anyone considering using them!!

My pet passed away this week. I called to cancel her wellness plan and I was told I’d have to finish paying her policy up until the renewal of next August $300.00. This is really cruel.

They are charging a wellness plan when they haven't seen my pet but once. ( 2020 I took him for check up and said all was good when the pet was peeing blood) ..at this point i took him to a different veterinary they had to do surgery.) at this point he was enrolled on a wellness plan.....been trying top cancelled and stop payments they keep taking it out every moth and now they renew with out me allowing to cancelled...every time i try cancelling they transfer the call and not one parson is allowed to help; sometime they just cut the call and i have to go back and call again hold for 30-40 min and they just keep going on circles. If was allowed to give them 0 stars that is what they deserved as corporation and a people helping at local hospital.

I recently went to Creedmoor Banfield pet hospital. The care and attention my dog received was excellent. Staff treated my dog and myself with such care. The doctors and staff make you feel like family.
