This is my first purchase of a ballistic helmet, and it will be my last. Everything you have read about this helmet from other reviews says it all. After looking at video demonstrations l was blown away at the results. The workmanship of this helmet is amazing. No corners cut on quality. It was definitely worth the extra money spent. You just cannot skimp on safety when it comes to head gear or body armor. Take the time to research several brands. There are plenty of YouTube videos available. No doubt you will come to the same conclusion! Thanks team for putting out an incredible piece of equipment.

Got it sooner than expected. When I ordered the Gen 2 helmet, It was not currently in stock. Seems to be a good quality item, I love the padding. Very pleased so far.

There were serious delays on my order but the team kept open communication the entire time and eventually came through. 10/10 would recommend

Great product , the helmet is a good weight for putting night vision on it. I’d love to see if Armor co. Comes out with a super highcut version and more camo patterns.

Fits,and looks great. May get a cover for it next.

Seems like a good company. The problem is: they have expensive shipping rates, never ship on time and are impossible to get a hold of. They don’t answer the phone or return your calls. Takes a couple of days to even answer emails. If you want to distribute quality products you need to have better business practices. They make empty promises when they finally do answer. I had to call the manufacturer of the product I order to get this squared away.

With regard to this pack, there is nothing I have found that I don't like about it. I've owned several back packs and this one is over and above any other. I also bought civilian models for my family and they are extremely satisfied as well.

No shipping eta, no communication. I watched several reviews online before purchasing. Now that I'm looking for complaints I found there is a long list of people having the same issue. I waited the 8 weeks before pestering Travis with eta requests. He told me in a week or 2. Now over a month later, I have emailed him and left several voicemails. 2 of my emails were answered with an "I'll get an eta and get back with you." But this last week has been silent. Now requesting a refund.
