Good product, but long delivery time

I have not had much interaction other than requesting a bailment agreement. I have yet to recieve any items for T&E. Customer service was fine.

Solid Bump Helmet With One Small Letdown I recently purchased a bump helmet from Ballistic Armour Company, and overall I’m very happy with it. The product arrived on time and the helmet itself is great—well‑built, comfortable, and exactly what I expected in terms of quality and purpose. The only issue I ran into was with the chin strap. The product description stated that it would come with a magnetic buckle, but the one I received has a basic plastic clip instead. It feels a bit cheaper than what was advertised, though it still works fine for my needs. Aside from that discrepancy, the helmet performs well and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

I initially placed an order in which one item was not correct. Ballistic Armor Co. customer service was able to promptly ship a replacement and make things right. All communications were timely and all solutions provided were generous and fair in nature. I recommend this company, as they provide great service, and stock all sorts of gear to keep your kit squared away and your noggin protected.

Overall, good experience. I paid for 2 day shipping, but after a week did not even have a tracking number. I called the company and they let me know the acetac Gear was behind. They refunded me the price of the shipping because of the delay, were helpful and friendly when responding to me, and the order came fairly quickly after our correspondence, exactly how I had ordered it. A good company is responsive to its customers, and has helpful customer service when something goes wrong, just like this company was

This product is expensive. However its built better than say the 5.11 product. Love that you can order all the same color of plate carrier and side plates carriers unlike 5.11 brand. My only criticism is the side plate carriers should arrive at the same time as the main plate carrier.

I work with three people at this companies Location, Bearin, Steve, and Travis. All three were very helpful, as I was trying to get a Gen 2 helmet that was not ready for the market They were willing to send me out a demo helmet. The gen 2 was delayed further then would be good for the demo helmet to be out so they upgraded my order and shipped it out immediately, honest, knowledgeable and a good American company highly recommend!
