The product looked bigger and better than my old leather 40lb knapsack. Cheap construction, very small carrying ability simply bad news but I live knowing my $11 miniscule 2 inch turtle patch was perfect..sucker davidantonydunlap

You sent a vest when I wasn't even home. I'm not super impressed...your boss talked to me and the order still went like crap. $800 crap. It will work but I'm pretty convinced your just a mail order outfit that doesn't even see the product with their own eyes. Stop trying to act like you make the armor...you literally take an order and some other company sends an order to your house. I wanted to order a helmet but after the vest experience I think I'm good. You don't inspire confidence.

Helmet is ok for the price; definitely larger than others as will not work with other helmet covers that I tried. Their own helmet covers glow white under night vision so take that into account if you care about that.

Complete kits was convenient for changing out the suspension system in my issued helmet. The suspension system feels like the cheap Chinese fake ones though. The Velcro on the straps also does not like to hold very well.

I placed an order with this company last July. I called to confirm that the helmet and upgrade kit I wanted were in stock before placing the order because I have heard that their website inventory was habitually off. They sent the helmet itself fairly quickly, but the upgrade kit took 8 months to get to me. String of emails and calls for months. They did offer to refund the upgrade kit, which I refused because I wanted to see just how long it was going to be before it made it to me (If ever). If they had just been honest with me about lead times when I called, or if they had sent me some extras with the package when it finally shipped. I could possibly forgive the situation, but as it stands I can't. Long story short, I can't recommend this company to anyone. Edit The day after I posted this review, the CEO reached out to me to correct the issue I've had over the past eight months. We were able to come to a reasonable solution. I was left behind before, but with his attention I do not believe it will happen again. I will be purchasing a few items from them in the coming weeks. I will edit this again and let you know how it goes.

Shipping was fast. Helmet sat really low conflicted with my hearing protection. Basically helmet sits on my comms instead of my head.

Great helmet at a great price. There are more comfortable and adjustable head harnesses on the market. Perhaps you should offer a selection on your website after you’ve tested them for fit?
