I bought 2 medium makeup bags for Christmas gifts. I received them on Dec 17 and needed to return them as they were too small. I emailed them to get directions on how to return. They responded that returns had to be within 30 days and include all packing slips. Bagsmart gave me the address to return it to. I returned them on 1/8/24, WITH the packing slip inside, by USPS and received the tracking number from USPS. I emailed Bagsmart the tracking number as well as the expected delivery date, which was 1/11/24. I checked with USPS and the package was delivered on 1/11/24 and given to an individual at the address that “service” at Bagsmart had given it. It is now 2/5/24 and I STILL have no credit from Bagsmart!! I emailed them on 1/31/24 to ask what the delay in getting my credit was and CRICKETS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS! Returns are a scam with them!

I bought one of the hanging toiletry bags and received it today. After reading some reviews, I was concerned but it has exceeded my expectations. It’s perfect for travelling and storing in luggage. Instead of having lots of the packing cubes (waste of money), I’ll only have one and with the hanger, it’ll be great for when there isn’t any room in the bathroom to store everything.
