Do not buy! My order for a camera bag came with a cover filled with hundreds of holes. Trying to get a replacement has been a nightmare. All email enquiries are just sent back with no resolution.

I accidentally put in the wrong address when I ordered because the order form was pre-populated with a previous order. I immediately emailed the company and no response. I have emailed them every day with the correct address, however the order was never changed and it was sent to the incorrect address. I have contacted the customer service department every day via email without any response. The phone number I found was just an answering machine and surprise,no call back.

Ordered 2 x Blast Quick Access Carry On Travel Backpack. One black and one beige. Bags arrived to NSW central coast within 5 days (including weekend). We haven’t used the bags yet but quality is as expected with comfortable straps, no complaints!

The order arrived on time and the bag surprised me positively.

Disappointed Bag come from china! But it an Australian looking site???? Small and bad quality for $120 !

I ordered a bag back in April, it took a long time to ship and every time I asked about the shipping I got a different answer. One of those reasons being it was an “hot item” but there was nothing about shipping delays when purchased. It finally shipped and has yet to arrive. It’s now early-mid June. I have reached out twice to get an update on shipping and have heard nothing back. I have also requested a refund and haven’t heard anything. Very very disappointed in this company. I will not use them again or recommend them to others.

So annoyed at this company. It is impossible to get anyone to talk to or get response to your email/fb/twitter communication. Ordered an expensive bag over 3 weeks ago and it has been sitting at a 'local area courier' for the past week. No one responds to find out when it will be delivered and considering it is a on board bag i need it for travel next week! Shocking communication and waste of time and money ordering this. Only buy from them if you are happy to not speak to someone if your order is held up (im actually wondering if there is a real order waiting to be delivered) and if you have lots of time before you need the product.
