Had an issue with FedEx delivery but was able to resolve quickly. This had nothing to do with Bagsmart. I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.

I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

I read quite a few bad reviews for this company after I’d placed my order but I have to say my experience was perfect I had a genuine tracking number and everything on there went to plan and the products were with me well within the promised time I ordered 3 bagsmart organises for makeup and toiletries mainly for holiday travel and they are really lovely I am so pleased and would definitely recommend this company

Recently my order did not make it to my doorstep. Says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service and within 4 days I had another order sent out to me! Love the product and the excellent service.

Came so quickly! Plus the amazing quality looks exactly like the picture and a ready decent price im so happy with it!

Scam. Never received item. Tracking info provided was fake. Phone number provided of shipping company also fake. Have demanded refund but not received.

Recieved my bagsmart bag today am so very impressed cant wait to take on our cruise it will suit that cabin as space isnt big in rooms

I'll never buy here again. Returns must be sent to China and must first be paid for by yourself. The costs will only be reimbursed if there are quality defects in the goods. Complaints are ignored. Invoices will only be provided upon request.
