While the backpack I received was fine, it was smaller than I expected so I decided to return it. What. A. Headache!! Like all the other reviews here, the customer service is so terrible. Multiple emails sent and I was constantly ignored for weeks. EVENTUALLY I was able to get a return address but never heard anything for another week and the tracking was saying not delievered and I was convinced I’m never getting my money back but I did get a refund in the end. Will never use these guys again, not worth the stress.

Ordered two bags with plenty of time for our overseas trip, paid over $200 for both, we only received one in the mail. Hoping the company can rectify this urgently before our trip next week but judging by the similar reviews I’m not feeling hopeful. Have reached out via email, we will see…

Worst customer service ever - waiting for 2 weeks and it’s not despatched. I then get an email saying it’s out of stock but they can send a different model. I emailed three times saying the other model was okay. A week later no response and no sign of delivery!!!! Never buying again and wouldn’t suggest you do

Ordered the weekender bag in black and LOVE IT. Great quality, exactly as described. I ordered it on a Wednesday and it arrived 2 days later. Cannot fault the bag or customer service, will be ordering more!

I have contacted this company at least 6 times for the return shipping address. The response has been absolutely pathetic. The customer service is virtually non existent. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

I purchased the black duffel bag as part of a ‘buy 1 get 1 free promotion’ and was only sent one bag. I did purchase other items which were sent. I sent an email but there was no response. I then used the email form on the website to reach out and have not yet received a response. I have just sent a 3 email to a different address which was supplied on their FB account. Their Instagram account is not accessible and I also believe the bags are not of great quality compared to the price they are charging. I could have purchased similar quality on Temu or AliExpress for a fraction of the cost. Will not purchase items again from this company.
